I bought these for my wife, who is prediabetic, to help her system process sugars/carbs more efficiently. I have been taking them as well. The mid-sized capsules are easy to swallow and haven't caused us any burping, indigestion or other side effects. I have experienced reduced bloating after eating and we both have improved regularity. These pre/pro supplements can be very costly and this is a great product at a great price.

Works great for IBS

Been taking these now for a couple of months. Seems to help with digestion and the price is pretty decent too. Started getting this on subscription when the Amazon basic version cost went up. I actually like these better.

This product with 200 billion CFU may be too strong for some individuals who have not been taking supplemental probiotics regularly. Maybe start with 50 or 100 CFU if you are new to probiotic supplements. However, improving the quality of the gut bacterial population with probiotic supplements can be beneficial for several reasons. The benefits are currently being researched for efficacy. Unfortunately, I don't have a way to evaluate the quality of this product, but it appears to be good. Prebiotics (i.e. dietary fiber) are needed to maximize the benefits of probiotic supplements.

I recently recovered from the norovirus and anyone that has experienced this knows what it does to your stomach and the rest of your digestive system. I have been taking a probiotic, but it just didn't seem to keep me out of the bathroom. However, after taking these capsules for about three days I was no longer a frequent visitor to that room and the improvement in my digestive system has continued. These get a definite thumbs up 👍from me plus they're tasteless and easy to swallow.

I’m on my third bottle. I have been taking these since last year. Tbh idk if I’ll ever find one with such a diverse range like this product. I am lactose intolerant and I can eat dairy without it bothering me AS LONG AS I have been consistently taking these probiotics.
