I bought these for my wife, who is prediabetic, to help her system process sugars/carbs more efficiently. I have been taking them as well. The mid-sized capsules are easy to swallow and haven't caused us any burping, indigestion or other side effects. I have experienced reduced bloating after eating and we both have improved regularity. These pre/pro supplements can be very costly and this is a great product at a great price.

4 month supply of two supplements per day. It is superior to my other probiotics. I feel comfort in my gut and greatly improves regularity.

I think this is a great brand for reaching a daily intake of high probiotic colonie counts. You really can feel the difference and the immunological response is great

They work well but the capsule isn't ideal for swallowing. I will purchase again because the quality of the product outweighs my issue with the capsule.
