If you need something like this get this one
This by far is one of the best little investments for sure fast easy set up I hooked it up to an outside flud lamp for my wife and late visitors it is a sensor light so it came on at dark and stayed on all night so the money saved on electricity will pay for the device in just a few months witch is great. I approve this message great buy.

Amazing Product!!
Have the Grizzy 3HP dust collector and bought the best remote switch from Grizzlies for it. The thing is, it isn't designed to be used with it. Bought this one and wow!!! Works anywhere in my shop which is 30 x 50. I bought this because a Youtuber I watched spoke highly of it and he was spot on. I have been using it for better than a year and no issues at all. Even the batteries in the remotes are still going. All that and under 20 bucks. Money well spent!

works great
Live in the USA. Used for a dust collection system. I am using 220v 20amp . Item is about 2" w x 3" long. Comes with (2) on/off remotes. My only regret is I didn't get this 10 years ago. What a huge time saver, and I find I am using the duct collector more often. I hated walking from one und of the shop to the other just to make 1 or 2 cuts, and then walking back to shut it off. I hit the remote , make my cut, then shut it off. Works like a gem.

Works well if not at a distance more than 240 feet
This device was purchased in order to control the power to an outside transformer when not utilizing the darkness sensor. It works well for the most part. The remotes were very easy to pair to the remote switch and worked well with little or no bushes, trees, or other things. However, when at 300 feet with the switch mounted onto the front wall of the house (wood siding), pushing the On button on both remotes worked successfully but the Off button would not work from the same place and with the same clear line of sight to the switch. Moving to other positions that were between 10-20 feet closer, which were also acceptable distances, had the same result. Temporarily hanging the switch on a pole at about 45 feet and 35 feet from the front of the house enabled both the On and Off buttons to work properly, including from the original remote position and through some sections with numerous trees. Unfortunately, putting the switch at this spot will require a trench, conduit, running electrical wire, an electrician and county permit. Haven't yet tried other positions between the temp pole and the house wall. This may just be the way things have to be, but a question to the seller about the last of consistency between the On and Off button usage did not help ("There may be complex obstacles that cause different reactions to ON and OFF at the same distance") which doesn't explain why the RF works differently and I don't recall seeing that . Perhaps their answer will help others. Not certain if I will ultimately use this remote switch or not, but gave it a 4 rating since there's no guarantees with this type of thing and otherwise seems to work as advertized.

How to use this on a 240V appliance, like a dust collector, in the US.
Firstly, I really like this product. The only improvement that I would suggest would be an app to help find the remotes when you lose them. It does what it advertises and does it remarkably well. I don't have any range issues. I hope that this review will help anyone trying to use this on a 240V appliance in the US or where ever 120V single phase electricity is sold. After reading the description and testimonials as well as seeing this product on YouTube, I thought I would be able to use it as a stand-alone remote switch for my 240V Jet dust collector. This sadly wasn't the case. This only controls one pole of electricity. You cannot use it to directly control both poles of a 240V appliance. You will need to add an AC contractor. I used the "BOJACK 2 Poles FLA 30 Amp Coil 120 VAC Air Conditioner Condenser Compressor Contactor" from Amazon ($13.99). The VonVoff switch is a single pole switch used to energize a single phase 120V control circuit on the contactor. This in-turn closes the contacts on the AC contactor and connects a 240V dust collector in my case, to the dual 120V poles, or legs, for a total of 240V at 20A. The junction box in my picture is a Southwire 8in x 8in x 4in. I thought about the 6x6x4 box that I have seen recommended, but I am glad I went bigger. The extra two inches made a huge difference when routing the wires in the box. Be sure to use appropriately sized wiring for your project. When using 120V AC; 14ga up to 15A. 12ga up to 20A and 10ga for 30A. I am very happy with the way this project turned out and would recommend this solution to anyone. In summary, this is most of what you will need: - VonVoff Switch - An AC Contactor - A metal or plastic box to put it in (Minimum size 6x6x4, but larger is recommended 8x8x4) - Some Spade connectors, both male and female (I used yellow 12ga female spades for the contactor and blue 14ga male fork spades for the VonVoff switch. The 12ga fork spades would not fit) - Wago wire connectors made connecting the wires together easy. - Good crimpers, Klein is always a great choice. - Stranded wire makes the whole job easier.

Works Very Well With my Dust Collector
i have seen several questions about whether this would work with 15-20 amp dust collectors and the answer is that it works with mine. My collector is a 15 amp collector but it draws 17-20 amps on start-up and so far i have not had any problems. I love it, it makes things so much easier to be able to turn the dust collector on and off from which ever tool i am working at rather than having to go to the collector each time. I am going to buy another one for another dust collector.

I have put this product inside a outside plastic box to protect it from the weather. The only holes what is on the outside plastic box is, power cable going in (back), power cable to light (bottom). This is running my outdoor back garden flood light ( mainly used for when the dogs go out ). My back garden flood light has direct power & I have a light that has a sensor on it but when the dogs are a little to far away from it of course it powers down. OK, really not for the dogs they can see a little better than me but safes me stood outside waving my arms around but also if I walk down the garden I can take the key fob with me & if the light goes off I can easily switch it back on again . So I decided to install this. Press the Key Fob from inside my conservatory (key fob to light - 20ft away) works every time. If the light goes off (senor timer) I just switch it off and back on again. The plastic box isn't that thick so at night i can see a little green light to let me me know that it is powered on by the remote switch. It was so easy to install & if you need to read any instructions for the install they come with it. You get two key fobs, I only use the one for now but if that battery dies or goes faulty I have a back up. Better than rewiring for a switch to be fitted to the light. Great product & with also having to buy a outside protector for it was not a lot of money. I would recommend this product, It's doing a great job.
