I purchased this toy 9 months ago after considering every available interactive cat toy. The biggest selling features were its quiet operation, multi-function activities and 18 month warranty. It is VERY quiet, just like the video showed, my furry kids LOVE the different play options, it comes with quite a few different wand ends to stimulate interest and today, I needed to exercise the warranty option. I contacted the company directly, they responded very promptly, requested some minimal information and immediately processed a replacement toy shipping directly from Amazon. They provided the new oder number and I will have it in just a few days. It couldn't have been a better customer service experience. They were truly sorry for my inconvenience and I didn't have to struggle with them, they just made it right, quickly and professionally. All of this and.......the kitties absolutely love this toy. It gets played with every day. It's a win-win. GET THIS TOY for your furries.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:It provides a wide variety of activities. My cat really enjoys it and has not gotten bored with it at all.Durability:Strong enough to handle your cat trampling over it; but, I don't recommend dropping it. Battery Life seems to be decent. It stops automatically after being idle for about 5 minutes and starts back up if touched.Separate switches for each activity. You can turn on all switches simultaneously or one at a time. The cover should be removed for the peek-a-boo feather setting. Overall, this was a great purchase. I'm highly satisfied.

Excellent product by should have more replacement feathers because it gets cats so excited they literally destroy the feather on the wand within the first day, at least mine did. She's a Maine Coone so that might explain part of it, but just ore replacements would be nice. The price point is pretty good and it could use some more color, honestly. It is definitely safe until that feather comes off in a cat's mouth, then not sure if they could swallow it or not.

My cats are addicted to the spinning mat. They were not interested in the whacking game, since it goes too fast and doesn't give them to use their hunting instinct of watching and then pouncing. It pops up and then pops again quickly. My girls need more time hunt. They love this spinng game with the cover, especially the yellow light. They are funny because they have come to a compromise to each get a side to hunt from. One cat is the alpha being 12 and does not like to share all of the time with her 2 year sister.

My cat, Hazel, doesn’t play with anything. We’ve wasted so much money trying to find new things for her to play with and they’ve all failed (except for her catnip paper bag…). I found this while browsing during the spring sale and it was worth every penny. Hazel can be dead asleep and if she hears that thing move, she bolts to it and will either play, or cuddle with it. No joke, best $35 I’ve ever spent. Quality is very good, they make spare parts for it that you can buy in case your cat likes it TOO much lol, it keeps her busy for a while all throughout the day, and the noise level isn’t bad (it does make noise, but it doesn’t bother me and isn’t that loud). This one has 5 in 1 designs because Hazel gets bored easily, but they have ones that are cheaper and just as interactive and fun for them, just not 5 in 1 (so like 4 in 1 or 2 in 1 etc.)

My cat loved this toy sooo much, however the whack a mole part ( her favorite) broke quickly. She was so sad I bought it again and the second one also broke also. Such a shame. I would have given it 5 stars otherwise.

I've had cats all my life and have purchased SO many toys over the years. This one may be the best one. I have quite an age range, from my 17 yr old to my 2 year old and two in between. They all played with it constantly. Even when it was being stalked by a couple of cats, the other 2 enjoyed watching the battle. They loved all the functions through the wand with feathers was their favorite. After more than a year, the battle ended and the cats won. They had other toys but were clearly missing this favorite so I bought another. That one came missing the top cap needed to keep the apron on. I contacted the manufacturer and within a day they had a new part in the mail to me. Outstanding customer service. I'll keep looking for Orsda toys. Great company.
