This was a requested gift item! However, I did look it over because of the embroidery-it caught my eye right away, the vibrancy of the green was excellent as well as the embroidery itself. Thick, very clean stitching and no string's anywhere including the manufacturing of the cap also. The color black is deep, really sharp and uniform. The closure is Velcro, well seen, a good size piece and again, no string's-liose or needing to be trimmed. I was very impressed, would highly recommend this cap.

Nice JD Hat
A smooth transaction! The hat was shipped promplty and USPS delivered several days ahead of the forecasted schedule. It was shipped in a box, so no crushing, as some older reviews mentioned. Inside the hat had labels from Fanatics Inc, Jacksonville, FL, and from John Deere, so I believe it is not a knock-off. With that stuff out of the way, construction is quite good, with a velcro closing. Under close scrutiny, the "John Deere" stitching is slightly off center, but does that really matter? All in all, I'm pleased.
