I noticed this dark age spot on my arm so I thought I would give this collagen thing a try. Unbelievably, this spot got lighter and lighter. Well, when the bottle ran out, I didn’t purchase another right away and lo and behold the spot came back and I immediately bought some more. I am so happy to have undeniable proof of its effectiveness because I don’t like to spend money unnecessarily. I have also noticed a lot of other benefits such as my hair, nails and skin looking better. It works better than biotin for my hair. If you are on the fence about it give it a try and take a picture of whatever spot, if you have one, and see for yourself.

Been using this for a few months. No stomach upset. That being said, don't exactly see and benefits yet.

I wasn't sure if this would help my dry hair. It does! But, the real improvement is with my fingernails. They were brittle and short, after using these Collagen Peptides, my nails have become stronger and are growing! I've used it for almost a month before noticing a big difference. I don't notice any side effects and it's a medium-sized capsule which is easy to swallow. I take one less than the recommended dosage.
