I drop my phone all the time and so far this case, though thin, has kept it well protected. It hasn’t scratched yet either and i frequently drop it on concrete. It’s easy to grip because it’s not too thick and all you have to do is just pop it right on. It has a cute frosty look but it’s not transparent. It’s a nice phone case that’s easy to install and use.
