The bed is beautiful. My son loves it. The LED lights for under the bed had only one side that worked so I reached out to customer service to get new ones sent and I still haven’t heard back from them. I will update you if they respond and send me new lights! Otherwise the bed is really nice and pretty easy to put together.

So far, we absolutely love this bed frame, and my thirteen and a half year old daughter put it together,All by herself, so I would say it was fairly easy to put together. The lights on it are so cool! And it's a pretty stable bed as well. If you have hardwood floors like us, you can just put grips on the bottom of the legs or put it on a rug, Otherwise it slips around if you lean in it.

Its been a few months, So far its been good, definitely recommend.

Compré esta cama flotante king size porque quería algo moderno y diferente para mi habitación, y la verdad el diseño se ve muy elegante una vez armada. El efecto flotante con las luces LED le da un toque moderno y hace que el cuarto se vea más amplio. La estructura se siente firme y estable cuando está bien ensamblada, y me gustó que no necesita box spring. El proceso de armado toma tiempo y recomiendo hacerlo entre dos personas para que sea más fácil. En general estoy satisfecho/a con la compra. Es una buena opción si buscas una cama moderna y resistente, solo ten paciencia con el montaje.

Received it a couple months ago but setting up up just now. The set up is pretty easy and instructions are well written. The only reason for the bad review is that the support is short. Have contacted the seller if they can send a replacement and awaiting their response. Edit: realized I did not update and dropping the rating to a 1 star. I did contact seller. I sent them either a video or picture (I can’t remember) but they wanted additional pictures to the one I had already provided. Not sure why other than guessing that they thought I was lying which obviously I was not because all I wanted were the parts not a refund AND I provided proof. So, I didn’t bother because I had completed it at midnight and threw my bed on top of it and wasn’t about to pick up the heavy bed just to retake pictures they wanted. Whenever I’m done procrastinating, I’ll probably have to buy my own wood to make up for the 2…3 ? Short ones. So just be aware that the seller definitely will make you jump through hoops if their has a defect of their own making.
