Brilliant. Simple to use, great results.
I must admit I have been putting off buying an air fryer for well over a year. They seemed complicated and difficult. I couldn't get my head around what they actually do - do they fry, how do they fry without oil? How do you get the right cooking setting? Prompted by a recommendation from elsewhere I finally decided to take the plunge and bought this model. I particularly liked the size, the fact that there are windows in both drawers and a light so you can see how things are going without opening them, there is a sync feature (like the Ninja), and best of all, it's MUCH cheaper than a ninja of this size. To be fair, this model only goes to 200 degrees so it doesn't get as hot as a ninja and I guess that will make a slight difference when cooking steaks etc. So, how has it been? The machine has various pre-sets. I was initially a bit nervous about these, as how would they know the size of the food portion and whether it was the correct setting? Once I started to use the air fryer the simplicity dawned on me. What you have here is two little ovens. For each, independently, you set the temperature (like an oven) and the cooking time. However, thanks to the light and the windows on the doors, you just keep an eye on whatever you are cooking and, as you would with a regular oven, if something isn't quite cooked, you put it on for a bit longer. If it is ready before you expected, you stop the air fryer and remove it then. It's that simple, almost blindingly obvious now I have one. There is a match button that will set the same settings for each drawer (so if you are cooking two drawers of the same thing at the same time), and a smart button, which will automatically ensure that both drawers finish at the same time (so if you had set drawer 1 to cook for 10 minutes and drawer 2 for 20, drawer 1 will not start until drawer 2 is down to 10 minutes left. Simple!) The one thing I didn't see in the instructions is if you finish earlier than planned, you pause the cooking and then to "stop" it and reset the airfryer, you hold down the power button in the middle for a couple of seconds. So in terms of what we have cooked, I did a veggie roast dinner on the first day. Great. Roasted butternut squash chunks and other root veg, roast potatoes etc. Frozen onion rings were also excellent. Much better than in the regular oven where they tend to dry out. Cheese on toast is a revelation! You can't burn the bread (unlike when I use a grill) - and so you end up with proper golden cheese without any acrid smoke. I did a steak and that was juicy and tender - though I struggled to get it to cook rare - which may be because of the 200 degree limit - or just my lack of practice. But it tasted delicious. Bacon is also brilliant. Pop it in for about 10 minutes and it comes out crisp, cooking fat free and delicious. Frozen things seem to reheat so much better than in the big oven as well. I could go on, but so far everything has been excellent and genuinely better in most cases than our big oven which I have barely used. I have only used the big oven for casseroles where I need to cook for a long time - and that's mainly because I haven't yet found a casserole dish with a lid that would fit one of the drawers. The non-stick surface is very easy to clean. There is a little non stick tray in each which allows the fat to drain off. Everything tastes so much better and I'm saving a fortune on extra virgin olive oil - as well as saving lots of calories. Finally, the unit looks really smart. It is quite big, so you do need enough space but measure up and see what you can do. It fits easily under my units on my kitchen worktop and even my wife, who was not keen on having another thing "cluttering up the kitchen" has had to admit that it actually looks good. Add to all this the quicker cooking time, convenience, no need to wait to heat up the big oven, the energy savings, it has been a superb buy. After I ordered I read some of the negative reviews and I must admit I was wondering if I had made a big mistake. Well I haven't - and I know that if something did go wrong, Amazon customer service is always excellent. When I bought it, it was on offer and it cost me just over £105. I love it- and highly recommend! There are loads of pages of how to cook in your air fryer - but for most things - you just put it in, turn it on, and monitor until it is cooked. Just like your oven. Don't be fooled into thinking it's "hard" to cook with one. It really isn't!

Most used in my kitchen
To be honest, first I thought, being a bit old fashioned why should I need an airfryer? So some years passed and now I became curios and got one. I decided to buy this one from Cookwise due to the two drawers, large capacity and it should be easy to use. And yes, it is easy to use. First I missed a kind of wee cookbook, however with a few clicks online you will find far more than needed. I learned to experiment a bit, are the potatoes larger or smaller, the chicken bigger, or more veggies, and made my own indivual notes for my favourite dishes. We use this airfryer now every day, sometimes twice a day. Beside all types of chicken, potatoes, wedges, fries, you can prepare excellent veggies, salmon, meatballs, steaks and far more - it is truely amazing. We even made delicious scones and muffins. To use this fryer as best as possible I would recommend to buy extra silicone baskets or different layer rack sets, same as a kind of backing paper. The fryer is easy to clean. Even it is said it would be dishwasher safe, I would recommend, just place the rack in warm water for a while and gently clean it with a cloth. Sometimes dishwasher tabs can be very aggresive and the metal will start to rost soon after several uses. And to be honest, it's not a big deal to clean it by hand. It would be great Cookwise would offer accessoires and replacement racks to buy. We are very happy with this fryer from cookwise and would buy it again!

Very impressed and happy
Ok, so I wanted a bigger a fryer that could cope with cooking two food items at the same time. Previous one was a Tower cheap and basic one which was ok. Was initially concerned as it wasn’t a big name brand however totally impressed by it. Cooks really well and it’s really really easy to use. Love the lights inside the drawers. It’s mesmerising watching the food cooking and so much better having the glass drawer frontage. Don’t waste your money on Ninja. This thing is easily as good if not better. Only thing I would say is that it looks lighter grey in the product photos. It’s much darker in reality and you can only just see the brushed effect but it still absolutely stunning and cooks like a beast. Doesn’t make much noise. I like the hum it makes as it’s cooking sounds expensive and powerful. Also the sync cooling feature is a game changer. As it cooks the both food items at the same time ie it will stagger the timing in the slowest draw so both items get cooked at extremely the same time. It even tells you when to turn things over half way and pauses the cooking. Well worth the £99.

The air is a great addition to the kitchen
This has turned out to be great. Had not used one before and it didn’t come with a makers name or booklet / pamphlet . Took me a while to get around to using it. Wouldn’t be without it now. Easy to clean. Works well and saves time and money.

Ideal for most cooking situations
We've had our Dual Air fryer for about 2 months now, it's cooked chips, pies, fish fingers, chicken kievs, Sunday roasts, garlic bulbs, puddings, and we even cook bacon and sausages in it for when we fancy a fry up! It is quite large so bear it in mind when deciding to purchase, but that being said, it doesn't dominate the kitchen. The display is easy to read, understand and operate, 2 facilities that are very handy are the match option so you only need program one side and it will be copied over to the other, and the smart option which allows you to cook 2 different food stuffs and have them both ready at the same time. The drawers are large, and with the glass front and internal light, allows you to keep an eye on the food whilst it cooks, which in some circumstances is very useful as air fryers cook food faster than traditional ovens. We have found that if the oven cook instructions are say for 30 mins, then we aim for no more than 25 mins or less in the air fryer. It also reminds you half way through the cooking time to shake the drawers, handy if items need turning. We haver a fan oven and have been monitoring our energy usage, the air fryer is considerably cheaper to run as it gets to temperature quicker and most cooking times are reduced which in these days of rising energy costs is worth considering. This air fryer is unbranded but is similar in looks and specs to the tower/salter/cooks/beko models. Don't let the unbranding fool you, this is a worthy piece of kit, it does everything you want of an air fryer and it does it well.

Stands the test of time.
Bought this 19 months ago, I have left the review until now to test if it would last. It has been a god send. The two drawer versions are a must. We use it every day for various things, the main oven in the kitchen is virtually redundant, only use it for a large cook with multiple items where the air fryer wouldn't suit. It is so easy to use, cooking times are reduced, cooking temperature reduced, fantastic for Chips, roast pototato, baked potato, fish, chicken, sausage, basically anything you cook in a conventional oven can be cooked in this, but takes less time. Very convenent to use. This is now coming up to 2 years old and still functioning, had a Tower single drawer one before and it packed up just outside of the warranty period, this one appears to be more robust. There are a lot on the market at the moment, this is unbranded, but don't let that put you off. It is a quality product, I have looked at a few branded air fryers and they look like this with a brandng on them for a higher cost.

Wish I’d got it sooner.
Being a bit of a traditional cook I opted not to go down the route of air fryer. I didn’t want yet another electrical kitchen appliance taking up more precious work surface space in my kitchen. However, after watching a Tv programme pitting the air fryer against a conventional oven we decided to give it a go. I wanted a dual drawer air fryer, and this seemed the best value for money and the reviews were very positive. When it first arrived I was a little nervous to try it out, but with a few google searches for timings I gave it a go. It was very quick, the machine is quite quiet and the results were good. I did sausages and bacon, I tried a full chicken and it fitted breast down in one drawer, so I was able to do roast potatoes in the other drawer. It fits well under my upper kitchen units and I have to admit it is an asset to my kitchen. I bought a few silicon insets for the drawers and they are very useful too. I love that the drawers fit in my dishwasher and come out well in my 29 minute wash setting. We made such good use of our air fryer that we have bought a second one, for our holiday cottage, same make (learning to use different models is not a good idea at my age !)and it makes life easier. So if you are uncertain give it a go you will not be disappointed!

A Versatile Asset to Any Kitchen
Arrived well wrapped and packaged and in good working order. Fitted well into my kitchen corner, with room for airflow at the back and sides as recommended (as pictured) and still with plenty of room at the front to pull out the baskets onto a heatproof surface protector. I washed out the baskets well and switched on for 5 mins to get rid of any smell but had no smoke issues at all. I cooked a chicken portion using the preset button and it cooked and crisped to perfection. I quickly realised how versatile this air fryer would be in allowing me to cook side dishes, meat, fish, vegetables & yey, heat garlic bread & prepare fish finger sarnies and other accompaniments easily, more quickly and cheaply than using my main oven. Not certain why everything cooked out of here is more flavoursome too, even toast!!! I used a rectangular pyrex dish to cook Mediterranean vegetables successfully although I think they may have taken a little longer than placing directly into the basket! Managed a rectangular omelette in the Pyrex dish as well with the air fryer whipping it up into a frenzy before crisping it! Am going to try browning & crisping some dumplings in silicone cases that are looking quite anaemic at the moment in the top of my slo-cooker… What a saviour! Glad I bought this 2 basket model! Have yet to use the sync function as am truly amazed at the practicalities of being able to see the food cooking easily with the light function! Am still discovering…..😃

Ho già provato patatine, pollo, verdure e perfino dolci... tutto viene cotto in maniera uniforme e in tempi ridottissimi.
