Can i get the certificate of origin and certificate of quality of product when i buy?

We did see that ours had been refurbished when we purchased it. So I would think the product would have its history

how long are the batteries guarenteed before replacement and is the battery easily replaceable?

The batteries seem to last over a year. I haven't replaced it yet and it has been a while.

With it being stored, will the batteries go bad?

No - but they do expire and will need to be replaced. Liability is on you if you don't replace.

Are instructions in spanish?

We have not yet used our AED (thankfully), but it does not look like, according to the manual, that the instructions are also in Spanish. I hope this helps. Sorry.
