Great Coffee
Just a great tasting coffee. I asked AI what coffee would make an extremely smooth ristretto and the answer was Counter Culture Big Trouble. AI was spot on in this case. So far all of my orders have been roasted 2-3 weeks back. I make 4-8 ristretto a day so go though a lot of coffee. This has become my daily driver and probably will stay that way. Price is very good for quality received.

Best brew!
We just got an xbloom coffee maker after our keurig went lights out. We got 2 pounds of coffee with it to sample and one was called Big Trouble. We really liked it, it wasn’t sour or bitter and absolutely the perfect bean for a good brew. We tried other coffee beans by this company for variety and decided we were only going to order Big Trouble from this point forward. I highly recommend!

Received old coffee beans
Nothing wrong with the brand. I'm just disappointed that I got old coffee beans, roasted a year ago and then best used May 2026. I bought them June 18th 2026 and I can't return I guess I should've known buying from Amazon. Just stick to local roasters. I didnt get much crema when making a espresso.

This coffee was over 3 months old
The coffee made good espresso, but beans are supposed to be less than 30 days old. I was disappointed that these beans were almost 4 months old.

For me, one of the better ones out there.
I really like the flavor. Just right. It also does not upset my stomach like many seem to do. That all said the price is on the high side. So while I will probably buy more, but i am on the look out for others.
