I am soooo happy with this tool. I did a lot of research on brands and the application process and I am so happy to have this. I like that it comes with different size cartridges and the micro blades too. I noticed a difference in my skin after just one use and I am still seeing the results a month later. It has visibly improved the texture, moisture, fine lines, and sun damage on my face. I’m 30. I used cos de Baha HA during application and for 24 hours after (no other skincare or makeup products). My skin did feel tight and dry immediately after but I just continuously reapplied the HA and stayed in the house. I’m glad I ordered lidocaine because it does hurt but it was so worth it. I had minor bleeding with the higher needle count cartridge but my skin was glowing a full day later with no scabbing/scarring/pain/damage at all. I started with the higher needle count and plan to graduate to the 12 needle cartridges. After care is critical with this tool! Make sure you consistently use spf and moisturizer to support your skin as it produces collagen.

This is the Dr Pen M8S, as it shows in the photos. I took a chance on ordering this because I wanted the 12 pin needles and I could not find which cartridges it actually came with. Not in the photos, the sellers description, or any of the reviews! So for those that need or just want to know what this kit comes with, you get the Dr Pen M8S microneedle pen, with a velvet cover, the power plug and cord, and the instruction manual. And it comes with a total 20 cartridges. You get 7 of the 12 needle cartridges, 7 of the 36 needle cartridges, and 6 of the round nano cartridges. Mine was already charged and ready to go, after sterilizing it with alcohol wipes, of course. I was not disappointed at all. This Dr Pen is so easy to use. If you've only ever used dermarollers before, be prepared to be amazed! I've used .25mm and .5mm dermarollers for a few years now. So for my first time using this pen, I started at .5mm and whoa! You can feel it. So I definitely think I wasted time and money on the dermarollers I've bought the past few years. I never really felt them and my face never got even slightly pink. When I was done using this dermapen, the skin on my face was lightly reddish pink and it felt like I had a slight sunburn. The next day it was a bit lighter, but still there and by the 2nd morning, I could still see the slight pink, but doubt others noticed it. I am SO happy with my purchase and I would recommend this Dr Pen kit to anyone looking to microneedle at home. Watch some YouTube videos and make sure you're properly sanitizing, sterilizing and using sterile gliding serums and be prepared to have amazing skin! Photos of the two boxes you get.
