If you want to recreate a massaman from your favourite restaurant this is all you need. Tastes authentic and won't be buying any other brand going forward.

This creates restaurant quality flavour apart from the saltiness. I found advice saying to use palm sugar to balance out the saltiness. I added honey instead of palm sugar and it helped.It is very good value in my opinion.

Makes great tasting curries

I think this is the best branded curry price out there. Last forever in the fridge and really easy to knock up a delicious Thai curry.

Really excellent paste.I simply added my venison, onion, potatoes, carrots and butternut squash with 3 cloves of garlic and a beef stock pot. It was brilliant

Maybe I used too much paste. As the curry just tasted of tinned coconut milk I added more. Even though I added more still didn’t add much to the flavour other than the taste of salt. The dish tasted far too much of salt than it should. Really salty. If it wasn’t for that the dish would be decent. Anyway it’s my first time making it …

I really like this curry paste. It makes it so easy to get that proper Massaman flavour at home without having to hunt down loads of individual spices. The smell alone when it hits the pan is incredible.It’s rich and warm, not too spicy, and has that slightly sweet, nutty depth that makes Massaman so comforting. I’ve used it with beef and chicken and both turned out really good — the sauce just thickens up beautifully and tastes like something you’d order from a Thai restaurant.You only need a small amount too, so the jar lasts ages, which is handy. It’s become one of those pantry staples I keep going back to because it makes dinner feel like less effort but still really satisfying.I was upset happy to find it on Amazon at such a great price!

This is superb. Very flavorful, makes a massaman curry identical to your favorite Thai restaurant. Not spicy at all which makes it work for everybody and us spice lovers can just add cayenne to our serving, or finely dice a serrano chili and add to the paste when you bloom it to get to a moderate spice level for the entire pot.
