Can this just be added to the original Orange seal as a phase in?

As long as you don't mix it with Stans or any other not Orange Seal you should be OK...100% better than Stans

Can this just be added to the original Orange seal as a phase in?

I did exactly that and it worked fine for me. I kept the old bottle, smaller bottle which had maybe a half a tires worth application and added the endurance to it to make it a full. Although I'd say "I think" the endurance formula maybe doesn't seal quite as big or extreme punctures as the regular road formula, but it works pretty well. I'd use endurance over Stan's but prefer the regular orange seal to the endurance. Hope that helps. Cheers.

Do I need to remove the dried up Stans stuck to the inside of my tire before switching to Orange?

To have an effective seal only the old sealant on the tire bead has to be removed. This is really a difficult job which can somewhat made easier with a wire brush.

Do they include an injector?
