I have purchased my first pump approximately 5 years ago and it ran 24/7 including hurricanes with no issues until the pump finally stopped working. I purchase a second one which ran only for a couple of months and and I contacted customer service at Alpine and they immediately got back in touch with me via email. They were completely helpful and help solve my problem. They sent me a new pump after explaining to them the issue that I was having. I only had to pay shipping and handling. I also found after the original emails that were sent to me on how to maintain the pump to increase lifespan, I was actually able to get my original pump back up and running. The customer service was outstanding and the product arrived in just a couple of days. I would definitely recommend this pump especially due to the type of fittings that it has on the intake and the output side bolt which are able to accept PVC fittings. This makes it so that I could use it for multiple different types of applications especially by putting different types of fittings on the end of the PVC pipe so that I can either create a wide Fountain effect or a 20 ft High geyser. Just add some color for lights to it and you got a resort in your backyard.

Bought this pump for our pond from alpine though Amazon. After installation found that the pre filter cage had fallen off ( submersible fpond pump) somewhere in the pond. Called alpine for a replacement cage. They did not have a replacement part for us so they are sending a new pump. Alpine will be our go to company for any further needs for any pumps that we need. I would highly recommend this company to anyone that needs the submersible pumps. Most excellent customer service that we have ever received anywhere. Judy D - thank you soooo much. Such a pleasure. excellent quality pump great value for the money. The flow is incredible. If you have a large Koi pond this is for you! The flow rate is exactly as promised, and it was very easy to install.I highly recommend this pump

We bought this pump for our Pond in Oct 2021, and it worked great for almost 3 years, with no problems --until a month ago when it stopped working out of the blue. Alpine gives a 3 year warranty on their product, and since it was still under warranty, I filed a claim.I have to say that I haven't encountered such a professional Company like Alpine in a very long time. I say this because of the top notch manner in which Alpine Customer Service (Karen) handled my claim. The whole process was easy to do online, and Alpine responded very quickly to my emails and claim. Within less than 2 weeks ( most of due to my delay) I received word that Alpine would be sending me a BRAND NEW PUMP! ( all I had to do was pay $25 for the shipping! So the bottom line is, I'll always buy Alpine products in the future, because I now TRUST Alpine will honor their warranty commitment, and stand behind their products. It was a good pump, that worked great for me for almost 3 years.

This is the 2nd pump I've bought from them in 10 to 15 years and I'm very impressed that the quality of the product remains exceptional. The pump came within 2 days of ordering and even had adapter pieces to fit any size hose. Comes with a 5 year warranty. 5 stars from me, a returning customer.

The best pump lasted 3-4 years. Now was time to replace. Don't regret it. We are pleased

Great product

I purchased this pump for my pond in July of 2023. it is now May 2025 and it no longer works. This is the second one I have purchased and again only lasts for about a year and 1/2 before it just stops working. The pump just freezes up and won't run. I will not purchase another one, I will be looking for one that will do the job for longer than 1 to two years, and I don't even run it in the winter, I take it out, clean it off and store it.
