Very good and useful

This is a really useful little tool and ended up being one of those purchases I’m very glad I made. I bought it when we purchased a new house and needed to measure rooms before moving in to figure out furniture placement. It worked extremely well for that. You really can’t rely fully on listing measurements, and this made it quick and easy to get accurate numbers without having to move around the previous owner’s furniture. That alone made a big difference. It saved time and also avoided that awkward feeling of trying to shift things around just to measure. The device itself is compact and very easy to figure out. The controls are straightforward, and it works quickly once you get started. I’ve found myself using it regularly for different projects because it’s so convenient. It definitely outperforms a traditional tape measure in many situations, especially when measuring longer distances or full rooms. That said, it doesn’t completely replace a tape measure. There are still times where you need a straight edge or more hands-on measuring for certain tasks. Más compacto que el GLM 50-27 CG, pero igual de preciso y robusto, además de que éste está pensado para mediciones rápidas únicamente pues no tiene más funciones como sacar área, volumen, etc. Pero si no ocupas de otras funciones más que solo medición esta más que excelente, el único pero que le pongo es que no se puede cambiar el punto de partida de la medición, solo es desde la base; pero repito, solo es para mediciones sin necesidad de la (siempre útil, limitada, a veces estorbosa) cinta métrica. No incluye estuche para transportarlo.

The BOSCH GLM100-23 has been excellent so far. The accuracy is spot-on, the measurements are consistent, and the backlit display makes it super easy to read even in darker rooms. The build quality feels solid and professional, and the 100 ft range is more than enough for condo, townhouse, and indoor use. It’s lightweight, fits well in the hand, and the response time is fast. Overall, a very reliable laser measure that makes the job much easier. Highly recommended for anyone who works in real estate, construction, or needs precise measurements.

I like it. I ordered this and a few others to test them against each other. The other measuring devices had few too many buttons for way to many functions. It sounded cool at first but once I got the things they were way too complicated. The BOSCH on the other hand is simple. It's only got a couple functions and it works instantly and works like a charm. I was pleasantly surprised by the functionality of the simplicity. If that makes sense. It's also nice and small and easy to carry in your pocket or tool pouch. Out of all of the ones I tested I ended up keeping the BOSCH.
