A MUST-HAVE FOR EVERY BAKER AND CHEF
This is a great powerful ginger that works in so many meals. It's one of those flavors that goes well in almost every cuisine. A little goes a long way and the flavor holds up. Plus it's great in ginger cookies and gingerbreads. I can go on forever here but you bakers and cooks know a good ginger is an essential item to keep on hand.

Excellent, taste identical to Trader Joe's version.
I normally use Trader Joe's Herbes De Provence, I ran out and tried this. It's VERY similar. If you like the Trader Joe's version, I highly recommend this.I usually crush it up in a mortar and pestle, then saute it in olive oil to help it bloom in recipes. I will buy this again, until Trader Joe's version comes back in season.

Tastes like fresh herbs
The first thing you notice is the great smell - just like fresh herbs. The herbs are not ground; they are finely textured making the flakes easy to shake onto your food. The herbs appear to be evenly spread between the 6 main herbs that make up the recipe - not one overpowering taste or smell. I recommend and would definitely purchase again..

Unsealed jar
I was introduced to this product by a friend. Their container was filled with flavor and scent of smoked paprika so I decided to give it a try. The outside paper box was not sealed and that was a bad sign already. The class jar was sealed with the plastic membrane holding the metal cover to the jar but the jar itself was not sealed at all. The jar was full but there was hardly any scent and it didn't taste anything. In other words I received a 1.8oz of red dirt.
