Good Workout
These are heavier duty and stronger resistance bands that provide a tough workout. I especially like how multiple bands can be combined together to make for an even tougher pull. Solid, well made, strong and durable.

Attachment requirements needed
This little kit is just enough to get a good workout. The instructions are none existent. They assume that everyone is familiar with how to attach the bands together.

Portable & durable
I love these bands! I was hesitant to buy them because I wanted something decent for the reasonable price. Super easy to change out for different exercises. The handles are comfortable & I love the door stop so I can work my lower & upper body. The ankle strap was confusing to me at first but now that I know how to wrap it correctly, it is very secure. I did have to google how to use it since there was no instructions included. It does include several exercises with photos which was very helpful in getting started to use them. I take them to my exercise class every day. I am very happy with my purchase!!

Everything you need
I bought this as well as one of the "top selling" what-a-brand kit. The obvious difference I saw was that the inner tube of this product was a uniform color where as the what-a-brand kit tubes were clear. Seems like quality control of this product is slightly better so I decided to keep this kit. It is easy to set up and very portable. I've used this for a couple of weeks, will update this if any bands break but quality seems solid.

Great for PT at home
I bought these so I could do some physical therapy exercises at home. They are the same brand that my PT uses at her office. It’s easy to change the handles from one band to another. Light weight and portable, I can envision bringing them with me on vacation.

Smell like balloons!
These bands make your hands smell like balloons. If you are allergic to latex, or don’t like the smell of balloons, find a different set of bands.

Flimsy stay away
Flimsy product, not as advertised do not buy. I sent It back and got a full refund. Bought TheFitLife one instead which I’m happy with.
