Why does the flashlight get hot at max brightness? Is it defective?

It’s normal, not a defect. High-brightness LEDs generate heat naturally. Our aluminum body dissipates heat efficiently, keeping temps safe. Just avoid prolonged max-brightness use.

Why does the battery die fast at max brightness? Is it faulty?

It’s normal, not a defect. Max brightness is high-power mode that drains energy quickly. Switch to lower modes for longer runtime or recharge for next use.

Why doesn't the flashlight work anymore?

Check that the tail cap is securely fastened and that there's power. Check if the power supply works again after replacing it.
