Does anyone know how to open the top? I'm pressing the pump but nothing comes out. I'm turning the white square nozzle, but still nothing.

I've got 5 of them and I can't use any of them I would like to get in touch with the makers about this because it is so annoying, I'm sorry to say I'm glad it's not just me. 😫😫
