I don’t drink milk, so it tends to get old before I use it all up if i purchase it for a specific recipe. Having this on hand has been wonderful! I’ve made creamy casseroles with it as well as homemade biscuits. It’s so handy to have in the cupboard, and I’m sure I’ll be using it up before the product expires. It blends well with a hand blender. I like the "whole milk" idea, it gives recipes that richer flavor. (I don’t need to worry about calories - I burn enough of them just being active.) While it has the same smell as powdered milk I’ve used in the past, the finished recipes are wonderful! I’ll be a repeat buyer!

My first time buying powdered milk ever. For our vacation, where milk cost $12 a gallon and I was cooking a full breakfast in a fully equipped kitchen each day, this purchase came in real handy. Milk was definitely tasty enough to drink by the glass on its own and I could also control the quantity I needed to make at any given time without having throw out unused milk. I would highly recommend.

I love this stuff! One tablespoon in my coffee and I still get my creamy cuppa every morning for less fat and calories of half and half or regular milk. Plus a couple grams of protein! I use a milk frother to blend it in and get a delicious foamy top layer on my coffee. A pound lasted 4x longer than a 32 oz carton of half and half, making this much more cost effective. Second time around I bought the 2lb bag and just refilled the jar.

The texture can feel a little grainy if not mixed well, and it lacks the fresh flavor of liquid milk, but it stores forever and doesn’t require refrigeration until mixed. Overall, it’s a practical, no-nonsense option for anyone who values shelf life and versatility over luxury taste.

Bought this milk because I'm always looking for cleaner options with simple ingredients. I tried a spoonful as soon as I received my delivery. The flavor is great and it has just one ingredient-dried milk, nothing else. Can’t wait to try it in my coffee.
