Works fast and gets the job done

So far this serum is working. I rated it 4 stars because I need more time of using the serum to know if it's worth 5 stars. I've applied the serum to an extreme ingrown bump about 5 times and I also tried it on a small rash and the ingrown bump is healing.. The rash is almost gone. So for about 2 years now I've been dealing with 1 big bump with an cluster of ingrown hairs right under my chin area. If I leave it alone and don't pluck the hairs out of it sometimes it pretends to heal but then once the hair starts growing again it gets inflamed and hurts which forces me to pluck as many hairs as I can out of the bump. But unfortunately I haven't had success plucking the deeper ingrown hairs in the bump. Due to this the bump continues to get inflamed over and over again. So I came across this serum and read all the good reviews and ordered it and it's working so far, I'll have to give an update in about a month to give the bump time to heal and to see if it completely heals or it continues to get inflamed. I should know by then how effective this serum is.

Great product that actually works

While this product does the job, the smell is odd and the viscosity is disturbing for someone with a sensitivity to textures. Will use the rest of the product, but not re-purchase.

Gave me a rash, so be mindful if you have sensitive skin I had to discontinue use

I had an embedded ingrown hair that I thought I would need to go to a dermatologist to get removed... but I decided to start this first. I asked chatgpt what to do and it recommended using this in combo:1. European wax center exfoliant and exfoliating brush2. SOULSPA PURE Ingrown Hair Serum and LAVO tea tree gel for ingrown hairs3. Glenmark Therapeutics Adapalene Gel 0.1% Acne Treatment (for increased cell turnover),4. Patience....I am not sure if SoulSpa alone would have worked or if it was the combo but within 3 weeks the hair surfaced easily. It felt like a miracle.. seriously. This hair even felt encapsulated... very happy this product helped me avoid a more invasive intervention.

This product is amazing. After different uses of other materials that usually causes me to have an allergic reaction, this serum CAME TO MY RESCUE! It soothes the skin very well, it’s not oily At all, a little goes a long way so this bottle will last a couple months for sure! I suffer with ingrown hairs but not with this!! I have only seen like one or two! I apply it every night after I shower & it even helped with my discoloration!! The price is great for the size bottle! Consistency is key !!!! You won’t regret buying this stuff
