What is meant by fits 4.5-5 inches. Is that the measurement of the scrotum, if so how is that measured?

Hi Kimberly. A suspensory is *for* testicular swelling, and if you're buying one, I assume a urologist has already been involved. The measurement should be a measurement of width, straight across the widest part of the swollen scrotum (it is not a circumference, and so a flexible measuring tape is not required). The inches part is not a function of height whatsoever; it is a function of swelling.
