For the price, it seems cheaply made. I used the small-sized earpieces but one of them kept falling off, till I eventually figured out how to make it sit in my right ear decently enough. I felt that it wasn’t making adequate contact where it was supposed to.I bought the device to see if it would help mitigate the intermittent migraines from which I suffered, to improve my sleep, and also to help with my balance/equilibrium issues. Sadly, it did not. In fact, the migraines became constant, and I began to experience fatigue as well. It certainly did not improve my balance, perhaps because I just felt tired all the time between uses. I tried the lower settings for starters and didn’t get beyond “3”, because higher settings felt like electric shocks in my ear and neck. I decided to stop using the device to see if it was actually causing those negative effects.. Guess what? The migraines and balance issues returned to the usual I had previously had, which wasn’t constant and the fatigue ceased completely. I have therefore returned the item—as per UPS tracking it has arrived at the vendor, so I am awaiting my refund.

After my first device failed after only a month, the seller got in tough and shipped me a replacement.

No discernible benefit. The description mentions clinical trials but fails to mention that if you want ton use the device as the clinical trials did you need to pay an additional expensive subscription. Ut’s like buying a Beemer and finding out it is limited to first gear only unless you pony up for a subscription that never ends. Horrible ethics

El equipo funciona bastante bien .. tuve muchos problemas para que me llegue a mi domicilio en México porque las autoridades aduaneras pedían un permiso sanitario especial para liberarlo .. tuve que pedir la devolución y al volver a comprarlo puse una dirección en USA y se recibió sin problemas .. algo que no me agrada mucho del diseño son los porta orejas con los electrodos que cista trabajo ponerlos correctamente y luego los cables que cuelgan ocasionan muchas veces que se jalen y salgan de su posición .. he tenido mejoras no muy significativas en mi calidad de sueño aunque si ha mejorado bastante mi HVC .. espero que con el paso del tiempo pueda sentir mejores resultados
