Incredibly light. Very bouncy. Adds at least an inch.They work surprisingly well in bad weather. I get good grip on wet and muddy sidewalks. If the shoes get wet, they dry almost instantly.Banned by the Olympics, so you know they are good.

Im not a good runner...I run avergae 6:30 min /km . After trying these tennis I run at 5:50 min/km just like that....just effect of these jewels.

This order came in with the box broken and shoes chipped from the bottom I expected more for a 350$ shoe.
