Great little UPS
Output voltage perfect and no dip when switching off input AC power.

Poorly made and would not charge its battery, but
I plugged this in to power an access point in a closet in my house, it worked for about 2 days. When the access point stopped working, I took the device out of the power circuit and found that the battery was dead and it was not charging so I returned it and purchased another one that worked.

How about some actual instructions?
Product came with ZERO printed informationโnot even a link to an online manual. For example, a red LED is visible when it is plugged into AC. But what exactly does it mean? Does it perhaps turn off or turn green when the battery is fully charged? And what does the "6000 mAh" rating mean? Was it obtained simply by multiplying the rating of each of the cells by 3 (the number of cells)? Since it outputs 12V, a more honest rating might have been 2000 mAh.Points for the low price. But I looked inside, and frankly it's a bit difficult to believe that such a simple circuit has all the claimed features (I'm an electrical engineer). I guess we'll see. I'll revise this review if the manufacturer explains these things satisfactorily. (Hey, send me a schematic!)

Works well, totally silent, efficient, powers multiple devices (2A@12v) for hours in a power outage
I just wanted an inexpensive 12v battery-backup power supply, so I got this - tbh I wasn't expecting much for the price I paid. It arrived and worked right of the box. I just plugged it in and plugged my router and fiber-optic modem into the power cord with a Y-splitter than I made myself (but they can be purchased cheaply). It works perfectly and is much more efficient than the inverter-type battery-backups that require transformers to produce 12v DC from 120v AC. The unit doesn't even get warm and can supply 2A @ 12v (24w) for several hours if the power goes out.

Failed within two hours
Got around to using this outside the return window with a device well within spec plugged in. It worked for two hours then powered off. It now makes a very faint chirping noise if plugged in, like it's trying to start and immediately shutting down over and over. The load was barely anything and the device was very warm after the failure, so I have to assume that it was a component failure. Nothing on the PCB looks damaged so it could be the battery cells. Can't trust it either way, waste of money.
