Just what I needed for my books!
Work just as described with my thermal bonding machine. They're easy to trim down - I bought them for small 3.5 x 5 books and was able to cut them easily with scissors. The gridlines on them are not necessarily straight enough to use as a guide, but my paper cutter cuts straight through as well.

Did not work for me. Chunks of the book fell out as soon as I opened it. It’s possible I did something wrong but I followed all instructions I could find (which I had to search for since they don’t come with instructions in the package
