My cat is obsessed with this toy. I try to only put it on the floor when I leave for work so she doesn’t tire of it. The noises it makes and its movement really grabs her attention and keeps her occupied. My cat is very active and insatiable for playtime so this toy really helps keep her busy when I have other things to do. I keep it at high speed and the battery seems to last. This toy runs on carpet in my house and does very well. Also, being able to take it apart to remove hair it picks up is a big perk. If you keep it clean, it runs very well.

This was a great purchase. My cats loved it so much that I actually lost it and still don’t know where it ended up, which honestly says a lot. They can play with this thing for hours until they wear themselves out, take a break, and then go right back to it the next day. The battery life is solid and I really like that it charges with USB-C. It’s not waterproof, but it’s easy to clean if hair gets stuck in it. The cord material is a mesh-style plastic that stretches easily when the cats grab it, which I think is a great design choice. Their claws can actually catch it, which keeps them more engaged and really taps into their natural hunting instincts. The holographic tail is very attention-grabbing, and you can switch between fast and slow modes. If I remember correctly, the slow mode also turns the light off with a single button press, which is nice if you want something a little calmer. Overall, this toy kept my cats entertained way more than I expected and I’d definitely buy it again.

I swear this this is ALIVE! LOL!!!! OK so yah if your cats are timid start off with the low setting. Our mother and son rescue kitties love toys but this was their first moving/noisy toy. Mama is more timid and it took a while for her to do more than just sit and watch it. The kitten and her would sit and watch it-- that was entertaining to us! We were glad that it was even holding their attention! But now the kitten chases it around and does summersaults around with it. Mama will even pick it up by its "tail" and has rescued it with it gets stuck. Yes it gets stuck under things. Sometimes the ball can shake itself loose and sometimes it needs help. It will roll to the same spots. I wonder if it's part Roomba how it does that. It even rolls around my feet like the kitten and seems to hide in/behind things. Its weird! Lol! I'm glad it comes with an extra tail but I wish it was stronger. The (petals/feathers?) were the first thing to fall off. The net part got a hole in it so I removed the bell before they could swallow it. The poofy balls get caught on stuff and so the tail is way stretched out. But oh well. They don't care. Hair does get stuck around where it spins and it is a bit hard to get it out from under the button area. Then I always hit the button putting the clear piece back on. Lol. When it does get lost, you can still find it if it's making noise. If the lights are off in the room you may see its occasional blinking. But I do love that it turns off until its mived again so I can leave it out. I wish we could whistle or something and have it chirp to find it easier. Or a remote. Haha. But if you forget about it, trust your cats will find it and wake you up at 5am playing with it! Lol! The cats do love it so it's definitely worth the money! Charging it is quick and convenient. I have to hide it in a drawer when I charge it, but the kitten knows exactly where it is and will sit on the drawer and paw at it. So kitty approved! Edit: As of June 2025: They wore it down already! The orange cover half came on but I used some non toxic glue to put it back on. Ordered more tails and one had to be glued at the base out of the box. Motor has slowed but they'll still watch it and sometimes attack it. They preferred the fast speed so I will have to buy a new one (or 2 lol) and retire the other. Still worth it for all the playtime they got out of it!

I have a hyperactive bored young cat. Drives me crazy. This toy keeps him occupied for 1/2 to one hour a day non-stop. The ball is heavy, it's durable, bounces off walls and just keeps going. Like a Roomba toy for cats. It's fun watching too. Keeps it's charge for a very long time. No batteries, yay

My cats love it. It's a bird sound just not operate. When it's on slow mode, it also has a problem because the red light doesn't work when it's in fast mode he blue light does work. I wish the light for slow mode worked. The cats like the light on. The positive sides are it distracted my cats from eating all the time. My older cat who's lazy, finally got off his fat cat, you know what..lol.. PLAYS!! I have to supervise because my dog thinks it's his toy. Naughty dog will tear it apart...grrr. Given the situation with the two defects, it is a really good toy for the cats.

This ball is really nice. I purchased several other variations before I got this one. They kept getting lost and there was no way to find them. Also, the charge didn’t last on the others I tried and some of them just fell apart. This ball has a good charge and lasts a long time. It seems to get in and out of the tight places way better than any of the other ones. I tried. My cat does like to chase this one and he really likes the very long tail. It also came with an extra tail should that one come apart but so far it has held up very well, and my cat is pretty rough on his toys. I would highly recommend this one and it does flash and is easier to find.

Whoever created this cat toy is a genius! I love that it allows my singleton kitten to practice his hunting instincts without causing damage to furniture, biting my arms and legs, or needing to hunt/kill an actual small animal. He really needs this hunt-play opportunity since we don’t have another kitten to play with him: Because it’s a robot toy all I have to do is supervise. The toy’s motions are constantly unpredictable, (start, change direction, stop, wobble, chirp, start, etc.) maintaining his engagement. The chirp sound is a nice touch too. Lasts a long time on one charge. It’s a good deal. Only con so far (if you can call it a con) is that it will find all the dust bunnies in the room and bring them across the floor. Guess I have to clean better!

Performs as advertised. A little too fast & aggressive but harmless to my cats. Not interactive just keeps their attention fixed on the movement. Battery life is short but charges quickly as well so not much of an issue. Run time is about 10 min. Definitely a good buy as the price is reasonable and the material is of decent quality.

This is an amazing toy I use every day with my Bengal-mix kitten. I've had it for over a month and it's still going and going. The variation in motion and sound keeps my crazy kitten playing for at least an hour each time I turn it on. It's a robust toy that won't let you down like other cheaper models. I know... I bought a cheap version and it only lasted 5 days. This one is a little larger, heavier and padded with a material that prevents ruining your walls and furniture, but will keep your kitten extremely entertained. Absolutely fun to watch!

Super jouet pour chat! Le jouet tourne se promène seul et amuse les chats. Un de mes chats avant peur alors jai mis le jouet a off pour qu'il se familiarise avec et après quelque jour a ke regarder et voir jouer les autre chats il a adoré. Le jouet n'est pas trop bruyant et la corde au bout est parfaite pour stimuler les chats.
