Simple & straightforward
Handy enough to fit in your daypack and detailed enough to keep you amused as you walk and see loads of birds that you've always wanted to know more about. The aficionados reckon it doesn't contain enough about Britain's most common birds - well, if they are as common as all and you see them all the time, why do you need to identify them and find out more about them?? My son in law is delighted with the book as it makes the perfect accompaniment to his long walks in out of the way places ... where there are perhaps far fewer of Britain's more commons birds!!! ๐ And a lot more that aren't that common!

For a quick reference when you photograph a bird
Ideal little pocket book with great illustrations of the birds and information about them. I bought this to help with my identity of the most common UK birds that I would come into contact with and hopefully photograph when out and about. Rather than trawl the internet this book is ideal to find and get Iโd of the birds with little hassle from the keyboard experts online. For the price itโs a great little addition to my camera bag.
