Has a fishy smell after beating up in microwave

i absolutely love this heating/cooling pad! i got the large siamese cat and it is the perfect size for me. i will say that the smell of the lavender and flaxseed isn't my personal favorite, it has kind of an odd smell when you first heat it up, but overall, it's really not that bad and the scent isn't too strong. after putting the pad into the microwave for 2 minutes, it lasted for close to 1.5-2 hours before it started to cool down so that was amazing! the material is also soft and of great quality. this also doubles as a weighted pad so if you don't want to heat/cool it you don't have to! as someone who is a slight germaphobe but likes to travel and have something with me in long car rides or flights, i love having the option to clean it after being out! if i had to tweak one thing about this product it would be that the head is stuffed, leaving the body strictly for the pad itself since the pad isn't big enough to fit within the entire cover. in all honesty though, this is such a cute and effective product that i will be recommending to my friends!

I love this heat pad! Not only does it help with body ache and cramps, it's super cute and soft! It holds heat for a very long time. Best heat pad ive had in ages. I highly recommend this product for aches and pains. I had to contact customer service, no fault of them but my dog. And they were very helpful and understanding of my issue. I won't be getting my heat pad anywhere else. Great product and even better customer service. 🥰
