I really wanted to like this product.Problem #1This infuser doesnt snap the infuser into place and is a little loose. I fixed that by wrapping the top latch with a very small 1/8 of an inch piece of duct tape. Then i removed the piece of tape and it made it somewhat snap into place. I shouldn't have to do that to make it snap into place. I could overlook this problem but Problem #2 is what made this whole thing not usable.Problem #2I dont know if I got a dud or one that wasnt manufacturered right. At first the bottom latch was very loose, but still tightened somewhat on the first 2 uses. But the bottom infuser latch stops screwing in after 3 uses. That bottom infuser latch helps with cleaning, which is why I bought this infuser. But at closer look it has some type of manufacture imperfection that looks like an inverted crevice bubble that makes one of the grooves that lock the bottom latch into place, really flimsy.I sent a message to the KLS explaining Problem #2. I even sent photos when requested so they can see the problem area. But i got the feeling they didnt believe me or that they didnt even want to help me.I previously left a 5 star review for this product. And just my luck right after I posted that first review, I went back to my sink where it was drying from my third use. I tried to screw the bottom latch for the infuser piece, and it would not lock in place.I really wanted to love this product, but for the price I expect it to work and not have any manufacturer defects. And if they do it would be nice for the manufacturer to stand by their product, and offer a working product to keep me as a customer. :(

IT WORKED FINE WITH ONE PROBLEM. THE TEA INFUSER DOES NOT REACH THE HOT WATER AND THIS IS A DISADVANTAGE WHEN MAKING SINGLE CUPS OF TEA. YOU CAN SEE FROM THE PICTURE THAT ONCE THE HOT WATER GOES THRU IT IS BELOW THE LEVEL OF THE INFUSER.

My husband had one we purchased while on vacation in SFO. He forgot it in Alaska while working. We ordered this one to relocate it and he likes it much more. It’s a little bigger so makes more. He uses it daily for his tea.
