No More Secrets: A Small Town Opposites Attract Romcom (Blue Moon)

I wanted to read a sweet and easy small town romance and I decided that it was time to start the "Blue Moon" series. I love Lucy Score books and I knew that I would have fun with her story. Summer arrives in the small town of Blue Moon Bend to write a story for the magazine she works for. In order to do that, she had to live on Carter's farm. She never imagined that her destiny would be to fall in love with this town, these people and this wonderful man. I had so much fun seeing these two fall in love. Carter had been attracted to Summer since day one, but he never wanted to make a step in this direction because he knew she wouldn't stay in town. But then again, love never asks and comes when you least expected. He literally couldn't resist her and after a while he imagined his life with her. At one point, he admitted his feelings and went ahead of wooing her. It didn't take long, because she felt the same. With him, she felt safe, happy and loved. Even though she left Blue Moon for a little bit, they continued their relationship and were making everything possible to meet often. I do understand her panic when she got afraid and broke up with Carter (for a tiny little bit). But she stayed true to herself and overcame it. She now knew she deserved happiness and was going to get it. Carter was so in love with her and even though he gave her some time, he knew she was it for him, and he wasn't giving up. As always, I never expected any less from Lucy Score, and she wrote those damn hot love scenes. These two together, were literal fire and every single time the flames were getting bigger and bigger. The smut was so hot, and I loved every minute of it. Even though the book wasn't that long as I expected, I fully enjoyed reading it. I am thinking about starting the next story (Beckett's book) straight away, because I have to see how the Pierce brothers found their loved ones ♥️.

Funny easy read

Every Lucy Score book makes you laugh, sigh, fall in love and cry! The woman is making me sleep deprived - I cannot put her books down! You can't help but love the story, the characters and the way she brings in humour and the vulnerability of people. A lovely story - and another book boyfriend!

A little bit drawn out, but an enjoyable story. Good, funny characters & most of the ground work set for the next books.

Fell in love with the beckett boys. Already moved on to the next one. No doubt in my mind I would like it as I always love Lucy's characters and books. Descriptive to the point where u want to visit and be a part of the community, and feel all the emotions and feelings the characters go thru. The true sign of a good book. You won't regret reading any of Lucy's books, but be prepared as they hook you in and are hard to put down then lol

Enjoyed the book. I’m use to reading Lucy’s mystery books so this was a bit different for me but absolutely loved it!

A great story with wonderful characters and a fantastic storyline. Hilarious but so heartwarming and heartbreaking too. I love Lucy Score’s books and this was no different the narration was excellent too.

I enjoyed reading this small town romance about family, community and fast love. Carter and Summer's relationship was sweet and steamy, they were both likeable characters and I enjoyed following their progression throughout the story. I give this story 4 stars as we learn more about Carter's background than Summer, so her big secret didn't hit hard as it should have. It felt like it was use just to bring drama to the relationship for the final chapters of the book. A good start to the series I am looking forward to reading more about Blue Moon, its residents and the Beautification Committee also the other gorgeous Pierce brothers. If you like small town romance with not too much complex drama this is for you. Solid 4 Stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐
