No bitter pill here :)
These are an easy pill to swallow! I have noticed a change in my skin, as well as in my troublesome joints coincidentally. I take one twice a day, which I think is a little different from the bottle, but itโs working. I will say it is small and there is a really good gel coating that means it doesnโt have an odor or a taste.

Takes Stiffness Away
Collagen peptides in general are a game changer. I suffered from stiff joints. Knee pain so bad I was wanting knee surgery and using a cane. I know now by a little research and trial and error that I can put that off. I was using major pain relief meds which wear off in 8 hrs but taking these after a few weeks (3) my knees feel good. They move more fluidly more natural, if I am explaining it correctly. Pain meds have an artificial feel of mobility, like stiff. I would recommend these as a way to get back to moving a little better. My cane is semi retired. People canโt believe Iโm getting around so much better, neither could I. Why doesnโt anyone tell us this stuff?

No side effects. No taste. Pill size normal. Easy to swallow. Good money value. Didn't notice anything better or worse.

Easy to swallow! A big deal for me!
I don't care what everyone says about powder collagen taste going away when mixed with something else - my husband puts powder in coffee and cannot taste it but I can. I tried another collagen pill, but it was bigger and I had to take 3 a day.. I am bad at taking most all pills /vitamins and have a fistful to take every morning so was glad to find these smaller pills and only have to take 2, and no taste! I just finished my first bottle so only been a month and not sure how effective yet but I'm hopeful.

I started taking these a few weeks ago- I can definitely see the difference in my hair- actually Iโve been taking collagen for a long time and these are one of the best collagen pills Iโve ever taken- Iโm 56 years old and my hair is so beautiful
