This is a fantastic choice if you’re after flexibility without spending a fortune—buying all these weights separately would cost way more. It’s a smart, effective solution. When attached correctly, the weights feel super stable and give you plenty of lifting options. A couple of weights in my set arrived cracked (likely from shipping), but the customer service team was so friendly and sent replacements right away once I shared a photo. I’m really enjoying this product, and the price is a total win!

These weights have many functions & help me build out my home gym. Lots of various workouts you can do with them. The seller was also very helpful & responsive when I had some questions & they resolved my issue very timely. I'd recommend them & will probably buy more home gym equipment from them.

This adjustable dumbbell set is worth every single penny. Living in a space where a massive rack of traditional weights isn't an option, this set solved all my problems. The dial mechanism is incredibly smooth; you just turn it to your desired weight, click it into place, and lift. It takes literally two seconds to change weights between sets. The grip feels ergonomic and secure, even when my hands get sweaty. Unlike other adjustable brands that feel clunky or rattle during exercises, these feel tight, balanced, and just like standard solid dumbbells. The trays are durable and keep everything neatly contained. It’s a seamless, high-quality piece of engineering that has elevated my home workouts immensely.

I'm really happy with this set, especially for the price. It's a great option if you want to work out at home without spending a fortune on equipment. The weights are easy to switch out, and I like that you can use them in multiple ways. The only thing to be aware of is that the screw-on collars will loosen a little during use. I usually have to check and retighten them every 1–2 workouts, but it only takes a few seconds and hasn't been a dealbreaker for me. Overall, I'd definitely recommend this set. It's a solid value, works well, and has made it much easier to stay consistent with working out at home.

My husband bought these for my birthday (at my request) and I love this set! Very easy to set up, and I am able to quickly switch between dumbbells and a barbell at the weights I prefer. The padding in the center of the bar is great for balancing the bar on your shoulders. The only possible issue is that the bar isn't as long as a standard in the gym. The size is perfect for me but might be too short for others, so make sure to check the measurements!

Amazon pls introduce a No star or red star review option for such bad products.. i got the 45lbs pack n then started my math journey. It comes with 4 discs each of 2.75, 3.5 n 4.5 lbs. That totals to 43 lbs not 45. Then comes the issue of equal distribution of the weights to reach 8, 12, 15, 20 lbs of dumbbell weight for each hand. With the given discs weights you can make 7 or 9 or 12.5 or 14.5 or 21.5 lbs each to reach the closest to your needed regular weights. Here comes the next issue. The plastic screws to tighten d weights to d dumbbells r so bad, its literally a forearm workout by the time you fix the second one. Also note the length of the dumbell bar. Pics attached. If you have to put only one disc on either side, the time it takes to screw it tight is crazy. Not to mention it hurts your thumb on the inner side n fingers. Now to change the weight you have to repeat the d whole process twice, first to remove the screws then to put them back on. There go your 5-7 mins between sets. I kid you not abt this number. Its that inconvenient. N doing it mid workout means your palms r already warm n sweaty. Now you have to unscrew n screw back. Its stupid. Now look at the length of the dumbell rod n a 10lbs dumbbell. The pictures i have shared are 10lbs dumbbells each. Look at d heigh difference between the two coz of the disc diameter and look at d length of the dumbbell with the rod protruding outward as its meant for 3 discs to be stacked together. Now here comes d risk of injury. Bent over flye, supine flyes or reach or anything like that means d rods poking n scraping the legs n hitting the floor when handling in supine workouts. You dont get the correct position to lift these well for the fear of hurting yourself. You also are better off using gloves while lifting even the dumbbells. I did not even bother with the barbell connect. I thought it wld be convenient to change d weights. But its not. N I don't find it any space saving either. I donot see any meaning to buying these n leaving them as either just barbell or set of dumbbells coz moving between the weights is not convenient by any means. N who works out with weird dumbbell sets like 21.5 lbs each which is what the weight distribution is when u put each disc on either side of d dumbbell, using up all the given 4 discs of each weight. I rather straight just buy a set of 20lbs or 25 lbs dumbbell.

I bought these because I’m on a fitness journey and was excited to get started. The dumbbells actually look really nice in the listing and in person, but they feel a little different than I expected once you start using them. Every time you want to change the weight, you have to thread the collars on and off. By the time I switched weights for my next exercise, I felt like I had already gotten a workout! I was hoping for a quicker, easier adjustment system, especially when moving between exercises. The plastic collars also seem like they could wear out or break over time with frequent use. The weights themselves are functional, but the adjustment process isn’t as convenient as I expected. If you’re looking for an inexpensive starter set and don’t mind taking a little extra time changing the weights, these will get the job done. Just know that they don’t feel quite as quick or premium in use as they appear in the pictures. That’s why I am giving them three stars. I think with a little adjustment they could make the process of securing the weights much better and easier.

I bought this to save space in my home gym and it sounded like a solid idea at first. But honestly it's been more frustrating than useful. Switching weights is not as easy as it looks. The mechanism gets stuck often and I have to fiddle with it every time. Using it as a kettlebell or barbell feels awkward and unbalanced. The whole thing just doesn't feel sturdy. I don't feel safe using it for heavier lifts. It takes up less space but the trade off in quality and convenience isn't worth it. Would not buy again and definitely wouldn't recommend.

I bought these as a gift for a 16 year old boy. He loves them and has no complaints. The bolts do not come loose like other brands.

Have been using the dumbell set for over a month now. I wanted a cost-effective but practical dumbell set which would help me to cover all basic exercises. I use it in barbell mode for chest, biceps, delt, back and calf muscles. And kettlebell for hips and back. Normal dumbell mode for everything else. Since we can adjust the weight, my wife was also able to use it effectively, which helped me get the approval in first place. 😉 Earlier I had fixed dumbell, which was not as stunning as this one. I have kept the exercise equipments in my office room and it looks great when someone walks into the room.

I absolutely loved this set of weights!! They are comfortable and stylish! I am very satisfied with my order.

After weeks of using it, it was very nice. Since I gained a muscle that's fast. That's why I highly recommend this product if you want to look more masculine. But the only problem was that the barbell was too small, like it's hard to lift that if I'm doing shoulder exercises.
