I don't know why this chair has so many bad reviews. All I know is that I bought 4 of them and they are all perfectly fine and comfortable. They make no noises nor are they wobbly, maybe if they tighten the screws the way they were supposed to it wouldn't be such a problem. I give this chair tons of stars if I could for each one I bought and at a great price when they were on sale. The weight isn't too bad, its strong and sturdy. The appearance is nice, love the color and cushion on the seat which is great for long hours of sitting. Every screw hole aligned with what it was supposed to go to. I don't care much for the massage pillow because I've never tried it, though I don't need it but if you want to try it go for it, whatever floats your boat.

it’s a heavyweight chair, i live on the second floor and getting it up was a hassle. so worth it though! it was easy to put together. and the end product is amazing, it’s so comfortable and unlike other chairs it doesn’t wobble off the bat, and the screws align amazingly- you know how with some other chairs putting them together the screws never seem to line up? i never had a single issue!

This chair was simple and easy to put together. I love the color and it goes with my desk perfectly! It is fairly comfortable the only thing is the back pillow is incredibly this and gives zero support. Additionally that same back pillow has no latch on spot so it always falls everytime you get up and you accidentally sit on it everytime. But other than that it is an overall good product.

I really like the way it looks in my office. I am sitting in it now! I put it together by myself about an hour ago! I have not tried the massage pillow yet. the seat is comfortable and soft. The wheels roll smoothly across my wood floor. The back of the chair is very nice but no lumbar support. And the seat is flat (nice thick padding) I would like a little more shape or if the seat had a tilt option it would be more comfortable, but overall, it is a comfortable seat. I do not have any issues with durability, but it is brand new. It was not difficult to put together, and everything works.

Pros: 1) Looks great!! You can see for yourself the first three pictures I uploaded. It actually looks better than I expected. Not real leather, it actually looks nice. I bought this color because it was cheaper than the all-black I wanted to buy. But, I think this was a better choice. I love the blue-on-black combination. 2) Good buy for the price. 3) Lumbar support is not the best, but the massaging (vibrating) lumbar pillow is a very nice add-on. 4) Comfortable arm rests. 5) The reclining angle is amazing. I included a photo. Also, the rocking is very smooth as well, which adds to the comfort of this chair. Cons: 1) The rear part of the seat is a bit hard. So, if you're sitting for hours on this chair, your back and butt will suffer a little. You might want to consider buying a cushion, OR get up and stretch out like we're supposed to. I included an annotated image pointing out this small issue. 2) The straps for the pillows cannot be adjusted. Fortunately, the straps for the lumbar pillow are not too long, so it stays tight in position and fiend slide down easily. However, the neck/head pillow straps are too long (in my opinion) and it slides down too easily. To remedy this issue, for now, I'm using a clip to tighten up the strap just a bit to keep the pillow "in place." It works have been nice if the straps were adjustable. One issue I had (still have at the time of this teview) was that one of the arm rest screws came worn around the threads. I contacted the vendor on a Saturday and by Monday (today) they had replied and already provided me with a tracking number for the replacement screw I requested. Dealing with responsive vendors is always a huge plus. Also, I don't care about the leg rest. That's why I did not list it as a pro or con. Overall, I think it's a very good buy: especially in this price range. That said, if you intend to use it as a work chair and you have lower back issues, consider buying a good seat cushion, or buy a conventional office chair. Gaming chairs aren't really designed for extended usage (i.e 8+ hours a day for days at a time). I chose this chair to replace my office chair and my criteria was basically looks and comfort. And the reviews convinced me that it was comfortable enough, but even with that mindset, I had to buy a seat cushion (that should arrive tomorrow)

I purchased this chair at the end of July and was initially very happy with the chair in regards to look, features, and comfort. Unfortunately the locking mechanism for the back of the chair malfunctioned and no longer holds. This is odd because I had really just set it once and hadn't been adjusting it. I contacted the company a week ago. The chair supposedly had a 2 year warranty, and they requested an invoice to verify my purchase. I promptly sent it and did not hear back. Several inquiries regarding the status of my warranty were also sent to no avail. Amazon offered me a return/refund for this purchase, which is nice of them to do. Unfortunately it requires me trying to box/bubble wrap a full chair and get it to a UPS in the middle of winter.....but it's better than nothing. Dowinx on its warranty webpage lists the following: "Dowinx is a brand that values ​​transparency and building good relationships with our valued customers. Therefore, we have an unconditional warranty policy for all customers. If your Dowinx product is damaged, malfunctions or has any problems for any reason, Dowinx will bear full responsibility for your product within 2 years from the date of purchase. Dowinx VIP Member will have an additional one-year quality guarantee service." This, of course, does not appear to be the case. I would advise people to avoid this seller and look elsewhere.......

I got this chair for my boyfriend a couple months ago for Christmas and he absolutely loves it! He’s a pretty serious gamer, and often spends long hours playing video games. He had been talking about back pain, and I was starting to observe some posture issues. I decided a new chair was needed. After spending a lot of time looking and researching I came across this chair. What really stood out to me was the overall design of this chair. The all black is so sleek and perfect for those looking for a darker aesthetic without weird color accents or bright logos. The hight of the chair is perfect, and holds weight very good. We often sit in the chair together which is roughly 235lbs. The back of the chair, plus the pillow included, provides a lot of back support and corrects posture. The assembly was super easy and the weight of the chair is pretty light. The only “issues” I’ve noticed is that the arm rests don’t move. If you are someone who enjoys the freedom of moving your arm rests around then this might not be the best choice for you. The width of the chair is also fairly wide. After assembling it, the chair does not fit through door ways, unless you have a larger door frame. Overall I’d definitely recommend this chair to anyone looking for a good quality chair that is on the lower price scale.

For working a 9-5 job it is not rather comfortable. The massage feature does not have an off on switch and simply must stay plugged in to feel a constant buss of a vibration not very relaxing for me personally. I have left it unplugged since I bought this. It glides very nicely and is nice and adjustable to recline all the work or enough for comfort and lock it in position. It is more of a fabric material so cleaning a small drip of a liquid is not so easy. The back support is minimal as I keep having to adjust the back pillow to be in the same spot every time I sit back down. Other than that it seems to be holding up pretty well for being a month and some change in from purchase.

The product is easy to assemble, and by following the provided instructions manual, there were no issues assembling the chair. Despite initially receiving a lumbar pillow with a ripped strap, Dowinx CA was great with replacing the part instantly. The team was quick to answer any questions. Overall, everything was great (good customer service experience and product).

Sort of new to offering feedback and especially for this product it took a little time to round up the correct wording for this company, and chair. So come along for the ride, maybe some tea or coffee as I tell you a bit of a story about why I feel the way I do about both this product and the company behind it. Originally the purchase started rocky, I had desired a black-on-black chair. ( Easier to keep clean. ) But when I ordered it, some kind of mishap glitch happened. My order got mucked about, Amazon thought they had run out of the colours I desired and even though the company assured me they had them in stock I was unable to process an order because of the clerical error within the system. No biggie. I like blue too, and so I ordered it instead. The chair arrived faster than anticipated, the box was in perfect condition. For me, that's impressive, especially for a large-sized box. Cardboard usually gets bent and mangled a bit, in this case? Perfect. But that wouldn't have mattered anyway, it's merely the vessel to deliver absolute comfort my way. First though, installation. The instructions were easily followed, and thankfully they were kind enough to put bolts where they belonged with the washers they belonged with. This made assembly much faster than other products as I wasn't having to figure out which screw goes with what and all that jazz. This drastically made the assembly quicker and pretty simple to handle for me. It was love at first sit. I suffer from hip, spine, and knee damage and pain. The foot-stool keeps my feet elevated. The form of the padding keeps me in a comfortable position. Everything is just really well designed for maximum comfort. The massage was tied to USB, which I didn't like from fear of tethering myself to my computer on a wheeled chair. But I got over that as the cord harmlessly breaks away near the chair itself and the computer stays where it is. ( Tried and tested a few times. ) Alright, so there's your product. It's well designed, it's comfortable, it helped a sore person be able to sit and play games at a computer desk again. Who cares? Where does the company come into play? Granted, there are numerous competitors with similar designs. Why them? Read on, this is why... About a month or two past purchase, one fateful night I sat myself down and one of the wheels snapped off and skipped across the floor. Well damn. Examining the part, it's clear that it had just been a random defect and these things happen in plastic forming. Nothing out of the normal. Getting in touch with them, they were practically anxious to make things right and immediately sent out a complete set of replacement wheels just to be sure. Customer service was simply amazing, one of the best I've dealt with. They promptly assessed the situation and moved to make it better. I never felt like they didn't believe me. They didn't question the incident, nothing. I haven't been treated so well by customer service in ages! Part of me wishes the story ended here, but I'm glad it didn't read on... I got the new wheels very quickly and immediately noticed that they were of a completely new design and in comparison visually they seemed to be a significantly better wheel than the first batch. Changing the five over, I then sat down and something seemed to feel wrong. ( Yeah, I guess I'm slow. ) It didn't seem to turn right, but I'd been dealing without proper wheels for a while and thought maybe it was just my perception that was off. As it persisted though I again turned over my chair and examined it. Somehow, again I believe I must be blind, I failed to notice that during the wheel incident one of the five spokes had cracked under the stress of my weight shifting quickly when the wheel snapped off. This time I was worried. I mean, I just got new wheels from them and I had to send them another email to tell them that there were additional issues to be found. Once again? No problems. The moment they found out they again went into making-it-better mode. I tell you, they're amazing in this mode. Instead of just sending me another base they ended up sending me an entire replacement chair! Even let me get the black-on-black one I had originally wanted! The new chair just got here a few days ago. Again, cardboard held up. Must be a trade secret Dowinx must have discovered to make a super-cardboard. Hahaha. Anyway, again the assembly went without issue. Everything went together without problems and I couldn't be happier with this chair, and the company behind it. For me, the company is just as important as the furniture itself and they've proven with every interaction that they are committed to not only providing excellent customer service but also in continuous innovation. ( I noticed they've made a third iteration of wheel and these are the best designed yet. ) It's nice to deal with customer service you don't need to argue with. To be treated like your purchase didn't end when you sent them the money. Why should you buy this chair? It's an awesome chair. Why should you buy it from Dowinx? Dowinx. That's why. Exactamente lo que esperaba y de buena calidad

Lo malo: Me da la impresión de que el producto que me mandaron ya fue usado y devuelto, parte de la silla como se ve en la primer foto ya venía armada lo que hizo que al empacarla con fuerza maltratara el respaldo de la silla creando esos huecos que se ven, por otro lado, también del lado derecho la tela de la silla venía algo rota, muy probablemente debido a que la reempacaron a la fuerza. Lo bueno: La silla es muy cómoda, el color es hermoso y me gusta mucho que tenga el reposapiés. Es de súper buen tamaño y el espacio de asiento a parte de cómodo está ancho. Resumen: Es un buen producto pero el hecho de que sea quizá producto devuelto me da mucho que desear.
