works so well, feels very high quality, decent price, and produces nice clean cuts. very sharp but easy to use, no more mutilating bread loaves because I don't have the correct knife! however it is not dishwasher safe, comes with a tag that says to not put in the dishwasher, so if that is something you want then look elsewhere.

I started making my bread after not finding any good in the store . This slicer is just what I needed to slice the bread 🍞 strudy and sharp. Reasonable price too !

The only reason I gave this a 4 start vs a 5, is because the blade is a bit flimsy. With that, I sometimes don't get the straight cut, BUT it does cut well as the blade is sharp. The price is good, and I think it's far. I am happy about the length because I do make bigger a sourdough bread. I also like the design and found that it was very easy to use and comfortable in my hand. I would recommend this knife but I would definitely express my feelings about the flimsy blade.

I was surprised at how much easier it was to cut bread with this. Also good for the price compared to other bread knives I've seen on Amazon. It comes with a blade cover too, which I keep on for storage safety. Not only that, but the blade being about an inch or so away from the handle makes it easy to cut into loaves to make consistently sized slices

It's definitely a learning curve if you are used to cutting sourdough with a regular knife but I’m really impressed with this bread slicer.
