Truly Free Plant Based Fabric Softener - Unscented - 4 Pack Refill

I cannot rave about this product enough. I love how the jug is reusable and the smell is great.

This is my favorite non toxic fabric softener! The smell is amazing, gives the laundry scent without being too over powering. I always get this stuff!

I looove the smell of this and the fact that I don’t waste a plastic bottle each time we run out and we can just recycle the bottle each time. I wish the bottles were a little sturdier, but overall love this. We only have to use about 2 ounces and it lasts us a long time. Does not irritate our skin or our kids, and are clothes smell fresh and feel soft after each wash. Plus, it’s less expensive then slot of other options.

It seems more and more that people do not think and consider the customer when it comes to applying the directions that they give if they give any whatsoever. Directions are useless. We in America still use ounces and cups for measurements and the directions are definitely not American useful. The directions say to open the plastic container removing the spout as well as the cap. The spout does not come out of the container unless you literally force it out. The cap is shown with 1/4 cup as well as 1/2 cup. It also states 40 ml as well as 80 ml. You don't know which one to use because the directions on the other package do not match. It is so frustrating and aggravating when correct instructions are not shown for preparation and use. Granted reading is not a chore it's the very fact that people do not check to make sure they have issued or written the correct information as needed. Who wants to order something that just causes aggravation when the instructions are not clear. Where is the integrity in the selling of the product that can't even have correct instructions. Also there's a QR code for usage on the package. Not everyone uses QR codes. Don't bother wasting your time.

It smells wonderful. The softener is very watery, like too much water was added, and I followed the directions. The softener itself is good, the bottle on the other hand sucked hence the 3 stars. The bottle leaked at the seem and when I shook the bottle per the instructions, it spilled everywhere. Reached out to customer service and they never responded. I just needed a new bottle it was an easy fix, but they never responded. Will not purchase again. Will go back to Molly's Suds.

It was interesting to recieve an empty bottle with just a small packet of softner. It was easy to fill the container pour in the packet Shake and put in to the first load of laundry. The smell is super pleasant in the jug, however you cant smell it as much after the clothes have dried. It left the clothes relatively soft, however not as soft as a more toxic option. Overall I’m happy with the value of this softener and the fact that it’s a low toxic option.I should add I didn’t break out when handling this laundry- If I’ve used hard chemical softener before I break out into hives all over, this did no such thing!

I love that this fabric softener is made with non-toxic ingredients and safe for sensitive skin and babies. It leaves clothes feeling soft and fresh without any heavy chemical smell. A little goes a long way, and I feel much better using this on my family’s laundry. Definitely a great natural alternative!
