This is specifically a review of Rampow and their service. The cable is great. Well made and works every time-- until your 5 year old accidentIy knocks off the ipad it's attached to along with your computer causing the lightning part of the cable to snap off in the ipad that is.So I needed to contact Rampow to use their lifetime warranty to get a replacement. This to me is the true test of whether this cable is worth the extra cost or not. Wow was I impressed! By the next morning I had a response, asking for some basic info [did it physically break or are there internal issues, can you take a picture, and what is its engraved serial number] and needing confirmation of my mailing address. I responded later that day with their requests and by the next morning I had confirmation they were sending a replacement. No further questions and no arguments. They are doing exactly what they describe in their product ad. Quick, friendly responses, and sending a new one. They've made me a future customer for my cabling needs and I'd recommend you do the same. Worth that extra cost to know you can get it replaced easily.

Looks good, feels lovely to touch and has a decent satisfying length.yep, this cable is definitely rose gold, though how that's come to describe 'pink' is beyond me. Nicely made cable, decent connectors, works well. It's in the girls car for their I-devices. Got a Veho USB charger that has a 2 amp socket, so everything charges super quick. Great combinationCable feels better made than Apples version, can't say better than that.

I would normally give a supplier the benefit of the doubt if they honoured a request to replace an item, but after two ignored messages I decided to review them. Basically, after a few casual uses of this lead, I noticed our multiway USB charger wasn't working. After some head-scratching, I unplugged this cable and the charger sprang back to life. I plugged the cable into another charger, and that also fell over. So the lead, I concluded, had gone short circuit internally. I contacted the supplier. No response. A few weeks later using the second lead, my USB battery pack went dead. I knew straight away what was wrong. As predicted, unplugging the lead made the pack come back to life. I would urge you to avoid these leads and this company.

Updated review. Thank you very much to the company who have offered to replace my charging lead. I very much believe in reading the reviews and it was the reviews I had read that led me to purchase this lead in the first place. I was very pleased initially with the lead as I find it very difficult to get one that will charge my iPad properly - it did the job well. I think I was just unlucky.**************************************Really not impressed! At the price it costs, I would expect it to last a lot longer than a month - the Poundland ones last longer. I thought at that price it would charge my ipad with ease, but after the first couple of times it stopped. Don't buy!

Rampow cables are top quality kit. I love the build quality, they look the business. But the icing on the cake is the lifetime guarantee. I had a cable fail after after just under a years use. It was replaced as per guarantee with out question. Cables no matter who they are made by are mass produced. Inevitably there will be failures. At least with Rampow they are replaced with out argument. Rampow are the only trader I have found on Amazon who offer this service. So if need a another cable, Rampow is the place to go.

Looks nice, feels sturdy but the end port to iPhone snapped off within a week. Maybe it was just a faulty one otherwise I'd have given it a 5.

I have had iPhones for several years. However, every few months I end up buying a new cable because a family member has crushed / squashed/ pulled/ cut or generally damaged it.Bought this RAMPOW cable as good reviews and looked tougher - was not disappointed - excellent cable, looks smart, very strong coating, and works fully for charging / data transfer. Was so pleased that I have bought twice.Would definitely recommend.

Item seems to be built good but problem is they don't stay in charging dock the slightest movement and the charging wire falls out of mobile phone I bought 3 of these and very in happy with them
