It feels solid and well built thoughtout, nothing flimsy or slippery. They did their homework and it shows. Made it simple and reliable with no nonsense.

I’m wondering if having an accelerometer will wear down the battery faster. Also, I bought one that is gray. And I’m thinking I should have bought a brighter color as the gray kind of blends in with my countertop, making it not as easy to locate in a hectic kitchen.

Love these thermapen. They are easy to use and reads quick and can be used in meats and other things you are cooking. This one has a better way to access battery.

This is a high quality device that will last a looooong time. We use this very frequently because it reads so quickly. It has a quality feel with high quality plastic, looks great, and folds nicely. WORTH THE MONEY, over all the cheap ones I've bought over the years.

LOVE my Thermapen ONE. Accurate, fast, and wicked expensive but I recommend it. Wish it was easier to switch between C and F but it’s the best thermometer I’ve ever owned. I used to buy cheap thermometers that would stop working after a few months. Would buy again and highly recommend.
