Rose Beef Tripe with Milk - 5 / 16 oz cans

Culinary artist with southern roots is what I am. I loved this product as a child and the same today.This is a treasure comfort food that takes me back in time when I want to go there. I love your productcleaned off, soaked in butter milk, 15 minutes, dipped in beaten egg yolk, then stiff egg whites, thendipped in Slap Yo mama New Orleans batter, then sprinkled over with Japanese Panko batter, friedin organic coconut oil. Oh my word, talk about good. But, I am not finished, follow on to see.This product has been cut into 2 1/2 inch strips. I treat it as a bread, set beside Seattle Dungenesspeeled crab leg chunks, some steamed mussels in garlic sauce in a soup bowl with miso and sea weedwakame soup. This is attended by a spicy peach chutney a Louisiana Remoulade sauce and freshsliced lemons. My guests have traveled the world also and love your tripe with the Seattle cuisine.I am going to order again soon. Keep up the good work. Try my recipe and see. Thanks, Aryana

I love Beef Tripe. This item cast a lot of money - not many people would buy this item at the price they are asking - BUT if you truly love beef Tripe you will pay whatever they charge if you cannot find it in your location.I have not been able to find it anywhere until I found this location and even tho it cost a lot more than I can truly afford - I ordered it anyway and I AM SO GLAD I DID - Great product - I love it...

Cans are smaller than what I was used to when buying at my local grocer.

Glad you ask.the cans were bent and dirty i open one can and it was so old it look grey instead of white ,I look for dates on can 3 had dates,2 cans no date the one can I open had no date never no more,

Please unDer stand I got sick off of two cans so I put the other three in trash !!!Maybe I just got a bad bunch .Maybe I will try rose tripe again but right now I am too up set. I always order from you guys because you carry the very best or did?. Thank you theodore wilson

very greasy, and fat! No taste whatsoever, full of strings! We’re the cows 1000 years old, b/c it is impossible to chew!Horrible product! I want to return 4 cans, please provide me with the address to [email protected]
