Works Fine for Quilt Making
If you are looking for starch, this is not it. This will press your fabric and give it a faint pleasant scent but will not press out deep set wrinkles. I use it for quilt making because I don't want my squares still and hard to work with. It works excellent for that purpose. It would also work for everyday ironing but is a bit expensive for that use. I give it five stars for the purpose I am using it for.

Love this starch!!!
I was introduced to Best Press Starch about 15 years ago and I won't use anything else. The price on Amazon is comparable to buying it elsewhere online but free shipping makes it the better deal. The smell is great and it really does do a better job getting wrinkles out.

A staple in my laundry room
I found this product after deciding I wanted to get away from the aerosol cans. My husband wears dress shirts everyday so we need to iron with some starch every week. (And I use tablecloths, some vintage and lace, often, which need starch to get out the wrinkles.) No longer using an aerosolized product and having a large quantity on hand (although some day, maybe plastics can be recycled in larger quantities and the microplastics, effecting our fish and wildlife...and our sons reproductive organs, can be eliminated. (For a little more eco-education: The production of paper leaves a greater carbon footprint and isn't as reusable as plastics, but plastics are more of a threat to our environment, and maybe even our health.) Lastly, I have this on auto-repeat shipping which is a great amazon service that simplifies my life for products I need on a regular basis.

Very happy
I am a bit of a throw-back - I love to iron a nice crisp shirt. I have tried to find a really stiff starch in spray starch for my shirts without success. This starch not only fits the bill, but leaves no white residue or shiny surface even on dark colors. Very happy with this purchase. The linen scent is lovely- nice and clean without being overbearing.
