An Essential Addition to My Workday!
I've been using this treadmill for almost five months now and couldn't be happier with my choice to buy from Trailviber! I understand that most people don't want to read through lengthy reviews, so I'm going to stick to what I consider the highlights:- Build quality: I'm a bigger guy, so I was skeptical at first that a treadmill with these rather compact dimensions would feel particularly sturdy while running or walking. I was quickly proven wrong! I couldn't be more pleased with how stable this treadmill feels. At no point while using it have I ever felt uncomfortable or concerned about its build quality.- It's very quiet: I'm usually listening to music while I work, but even with no headphones and no music, the low hum of the treadmill never feels like it's disrupting my office environment.- The incline: When I originally bought the treadmill, I assumed I'd leave it at the lowest setting and just use it for easy walking while I worked. However, when I know I'll only be at my desk for 30 minutes or an hour, I often find myself raising the incline a couple of degrees to make that shorter session a little more challenging. The incline has become essential!- The display and app integration: Although I don't look at the display very often because it sits under my desk, I appreciate how clear and easy to read the information is. The Bluetooth and app integration with my iPhone is also great. I can record my walking or running sessions in the app and then have them sync with Apple Health, making it easy to keep track of both the distance I walk and the number of steps I take each day.- Customer service: Finally, I want to give a quick word of appreciation to Trailviber's customer service. Every email interaction I've had with them has been professional, prompt, kind, and understanding of any questions or concerns I've had.For someone interested in a treadmill, either as a standalone piece of exercise equipment or as an addition to a standing desk, I can't recommend this treadmill enough.

After regular use, I can confidently say we absolutely love it.Here is a breakdown of why this machine stands out:Exceptional Build Quality: For the price point, the construction feels incredibly sturdy and well-made.Effective Auto-Incline: The automatic incline is a game-changer. You genuinely feel the uphill resistance, making power walking and daily workouts much more challenging and effective.Smooth and Quiet: The motor operates seamlessly without disruptive noise, and the speed range provides more than enough power for everything from a light stroll to an intense walk.Compact and Convenient: Setup was quick and hassle-free. The included remote control is intuitive, and the space-saving design fits perfectly into our home without cluttering the room.Stellar Customer Support: The brand’s customer service is just as impressive as the treadmill itself. Better Than Expected!
I have a few health issues due to an accident and Rheumatoid Arthritis. I decided to get back to being more healthy than I am. I also have bad allergies and live where walking outside can be a burden some days when we hit 100 degrees with 80%+ humidity.I researched MANY treadmills for several weeks. I kept coming up with the big names, but did NOT like the reviews for them. THEN I saw the TrailViber... what stood out was the reviews and what people said about customer service in case one had an issue. After some consideration, I decided to go this way.I am really impressed - I figured that I would get something that would maybe last a year and I would be OK with that, I just need to get myself started in fitness. What I found instead is that this is actually engineered and built with QUALITY... and they even furnished a legit instruction manual, TWO remotes, and a bottle of lubrication for the belt. They seem to be actively interested that the customer is happy with their product.Well, I am happy... I am almost 300 pounds and it doesn't have any issue with my weight and functioning correctly. It does take a minor adjustment of the mind to walk on a treadmill since you are not walking in the normal way where you are moving, instead, the surface below you moves. The mechanics are 95% the same, but your mind does detect that it is not precisely the same (because everything around you stays in the same place in your field of vision, unlike when you are moving) - which actually makes me more aware of body mechanics and helps improve my gait. I truly enjoy walking on this and setting goals - I've also begun riding bike again a few days every week so this fits right in to my goals... and walking is what the human body is meant to do (body mechanics show scientifically we are MADE TO WALK every day. AMong many fascinating things about walking, we have pumps in our feet that only operate when we WALK and these are additional aids to the heart and circulatory system)One last thing - it is easy to roll around/move if need be... putting it away takes only seconds. I 'park' it between my desk and a window in my den... an empty space I never used but needs to be empty so I can access the storage on the side of my monstrous work desk. It's like that space was made to store the treadmill when I'm not using it. (See photo for storage)... it is right next to me when I work daily thus reminds me to get up and do some walking.

Exceeded My Expectations
This walking pad has exceeded my expectations. The ability to walk while getting work done at the same time is a huge time saver that I didn't realize I needed. Instead of having to carve out an extra hour every day just to go for a walk, I can get my steps in while answering emails, attending meetings, or working on projects. It has made it much easier to stay active without sacrificing productivity.Another big advantage is that the weather is no longer a factor. Whether it's raining, too hot, too cold, or just inconvenient to go outside, I can still get my daily exercise without missing a beat. The treadmill itself is very well built and feels sturdy and stable underfoot. I never feel like it's wobbling or shifting while I'm walking. The belt runs smoothly and is surprisingly quiet, so it isn't distracting during work calls or while listening to music or podcasts. The front wheels make it easy to slide the walking pad out from under my desk when I want to use it and tuck it away when I'm finished.Setup was straightforward, and the controls are simple and intuitive. Overall, this has been one of those purchases that has had a bigger impact on my daily routine than I expected. If you work from home or spend a lot of time at a desk, a walking pad like this is an excellent way to increase your daily activity without taking time away from the rest of your day. I would definitely recommend it.

Awesome Incline Treadmill - Incredible Warranty and Customer Service!
I ordered this TrailViber treadmill specifically because I was wanting to upgrade from my simple walking pad to one with an incline option. (I've been adding incline walking intervals to my lifting workouts several days a a week for some added cardio.) This TrailViber is such a great price for the quality! It is sturdy and solid without being too heavy to manage and move. Due to space constraints, I pull it out when I need it and then put it away each time, and it is so easy to do. The incline mechanism works perfectly and smoothly every time - and believe me, it really increases your heart rate. I usually only put it on level 5, and I am so glad when each three minute interval is up! Of course, you can customize it and do lower or higher - that's the beauty of it, you can truly customize your workout to suit your goals.I wrote the company after a slight vibration developed over a year after purchase, and they were wonderful - above and beyond. They sent a new treadmill out to me within four days with a lifetime warranty policy - and the treadmill is the newest model with the pause feature and better speaker/noise control. I am blown away at the level of customer service that TrailViber has shown. You truly can't beat it. If you're on the fence about investing in your health journey, I say go for it! The TrailViber is a quality product backed by the best warranty and customer service I have ever seen. Can't speak highly enough of this company.

Weird display choices but works pretty great
Edit: So I've figured out the app, and it is where you get the good display of distance. You can also calibrate speed more specifically (rather than just the unknown settings with the controller.) but it's finicky. Like it can control speed on the treadmill, and pause or stop it, but it often loses connection (even the manual warns to not rely on it and always have the remote on hand) and you can set how long it'll run or how far you'll go and have it automatically stop when you've hit that goal, which I really like.Due to injuring myself I don't go as fast as I used to, but to keep some effort going I use the elevation on it now, and it works really well. What I don't like is how easily the app disconnects. I also have that it forced your phone into landscape mode.Ultimately what you'd wanna do is set it on the desk or whatever surface in front of you so you can see your distance and time and all that. But I also play pikman bloom meaning the phone has to be on me the whole time. And also that I have to risk leaving the app and it disconnecting to go into the other app. Ultimately I plan to get a crappy little phone or tablet just to display the app while I walk, but that's down the line I can't afford it right now.Anyway, having used it, the app is pretty nifty, especially if you leave it on the whole time.So it works pretty danged good for a compact treadmill. Obviously no arms since it's for standing desks, which, if you're like me and have bad balance, especially on things like escalators and such, figure something out for balance.Uses a controller due to no arms, so be very careful not to drop it. You can supposedly control it from the app, but I can't even figure that out. All I can find on the app are the "courses."Speaking of, the app has a bunch of free like, "trails" and such you can walk, where it'll change speed and elevation automatically. Haven't used any so I can't speak for how they are.The belt supposedly comes aligned but I already had to align it. I had a time figuring that out because I'm dumb. It's super simple though. Tighten the side the belt is pulling away from with the provided L wrench and run the belt for three minutes. Repeat untill the belt is aligned. There's stickers next to the bolt that tell you what to do and the manual explains it as well. The elevation works well. I haven't messed with it much. Still finding enough difficulty in just going a good speed, so I don't feel a need to add difficulty yet. But I have tried it, and it works well. Now for my complaint. As you can see in the images I posted, (excuse the blurriness on the first I wanted to show it with everything on so I was actively walking.) it displays calories burned, time, distance and speed. Speed is that tiny number below the speed, so small that I can barely see it without my glasses which I don't wear when walking cause I sweat too much. Also, there is space, if they had removed the dashes, to have displayed 5 numbers. Up the the hundreds in distance (if you don't turn the treadmill off on the switch by the plug, it'll memorized time and distance and calories burned for the day if you want it to all be added up.) and two decimils for fractions of a mile. As it is, it only displays the 10s. 1.5 miles, 1.2 miles. Stuff like that. I want to know if it's at 1.1 or 1.17 miles yet. But it doesn't show that. What's more I feel like distance should have been where calories burned are displayed instead.I will admit I was convinced it's distance measurements were wrong, but I was able to check last night and confirm that it seems to be mostly accurate at least. So besides not caring for the display choices, it's a pretty great treadmill, especially for the price. It's compact, great for if you have a small place like I do, and can be used with standing desks if you're into that.

My TrailViber Experience
I’ve been using the TrailViber Experience walking pad for the past six months, and I typically use it at least three times a week. Overall, I’ve been very pleased with its performance. My favorite feature is the 12% incline. It adds a noticeable challenge to my workouts and makes indoor walking much more effective than a flat surface. It’s a feature I use regularly and one of the main reasons I recommend this walking pad.One thing I believe is important for anyone who owns this unit is proper maintenance. Be sure to lubricate the belt about once a month and periodically check the belt alignment. Keeping the belt properly adjusted prevents it from rubbing against the sides of the unit and will help extend its life.I was also impressed with its accuracy. When I compared the distance recorded on the walking pad to one of my regular outdoor walking routes, the difference was only about 0.2 miles, which I consider very accurate.Another big advantage is its compact size. It doesn’t take up much space, making it easy to keep in the house. Having the ability to get in a quality walk during bad weather has been a huge benefit. The display is another standout feature. It’s large, bright, and easy to read. As someone who occasionally needs reading glasses, I can comfortably see the display without them. The matte finish helps reduce glare in bright rooms, while the vibrant screen remains easy to read in low-light conditions. After six months of regular use, I believe this walking pad has been well worth the investment. If you’re looking for a reliable indoor walking pad with a challenging incline, accurate tracking, and a user-friendly display, I would definitely recommend the TrailViber Experience.

Highly recommend for busy parents!
I am really loving this Trailviber walking pad! It’s sturdy, compact enough to fit easily in my space without taking over the room, and surprisingly quiet. A huge selling point for me is the incline—most walking pads on the market are completely flat, so this is a major upgrade. It also comes with two remotes, which makes adjusting your speed and incline on the fly super seamless with no stopping mid-stride! It has a built-in Bluetooth speaker so I can stream music from my phone, and it connects smoothly to my Apple Watch to keep track of my activity. As a busy mom, this has been an absolute game-changer for helping me log extra steps throughout the day. It is 100% worth every penny, and I definitely recommend it!

Not suitable for UAE power supply? — didn’t operate on arrival
The treadmill arrived in good condition but didn't not operate when first plugged in. It appears to be designed for 110V (US standard), which I strongly suspect isn't compatible with the 220–240V mains used in the UAE. The product listing did not specify power requirements at the time of purchase, so I was unaware of this difference. The return process took longer than expected and was inconvenient. Buyers outside the US should check voltage compatibility carefully before ordering.
