Have they helped relieve heal pain?

I bought them for my hammer toes and they do make them feel better while they are on at bed time. Since I don't have heel issues I am not sure they will do anything for that. I once had a bone spur in one heal and these socks would NOT have helped that pain at all. So I guess it depends on what your heel issue is. I hope I have helped you a little.

is it hard to wear sneakers or shoes over these, i mostly want them for walking to lose weight

I just use them at night once I'm home. I'm on my feet all day and these help with them aching. And the pain of having a bunion

Not sure what size i should get. how do these run?
