This is great. It doesn’t have the official branded stuff, but no one noticed or cared and many people complimented us and knew exactly who we were. It was fun to wear.

The price is right! Fabric quality is good, nothing crazy. The Look of the Hogwarts students even without the house crest logo on the robe. Size was a little long but not terrible.

This is a fun little set for your little Harry Potter fan, it looks wonderful and has so much character! It is very cute as well as very well made and put together with care. The materials are very durable and wear very well, they look great after multiple uses and hold up great to lots of rough play! Great gift and such a fun set all the way around. Far worth the value!

A couple years ago I shopped for a costume like this for my oldest, and I had to buy the pieces separately. The robe itself was $30, and the quality was only slightly better than this. This is a good set.- The size 8-12 Years robe is definitely long enough, but the sleeves might be too long for an 8 or 9-year-old. The black material is a canvas-type heavy fabric, and the button closure is nice. The lining is a thin nylon lining. It has a wand pocket inside, although there's a loop over it that gets in the way and I don't know why that loop is there and I might just remove it.- The wand has good weight to it, and it fits into the wand pocket well, and it looks like Harry's. It's built like a toy, of solid, kind of flexible plastic, so it seems durable. The antiquing on it is kind of a milky, gray shadowing, but it looks fine for a kids' costume.- The scarf is long enough and looks good.- The hat is wrinkled when you take it out of the box. I'm sure it can be steamed out.- The necktie is great.- The glasses are plastic and they'll do fine.- The tattoos are red and very crisp-looking for that printed-on look. My kid opted for make-up instead.SOMEWHERE IN THE DESCRIPTION IT MENTIONS THAT IT COMES WITH AN EMBROIDERED PATCH BUT THERE IS NO PATCH. It's not included in the list of items included, though.I would recommend this set! Good quality.

To say my son loves this costume would be an understatement! He's 4.5 but on the taller side, and based on the size chart I ordered him a size small. It's pretty big on him, but still manageable - and the good news is he'll be able to wear it for years to come. Length wise it's fine, but I do have to roll the sleeves in order for it to fit. He doesn't mind at all, though. The robe is well made, attaches via a large button in the front, and has a really beautiful maroon lining underneath. The accessories that come with it are great quality too. The witches hat is a little on the thinner side, but he wasn't planing on wearing that with the costume anyway. Plus, my daughter has taken it over and loves being a witch, so it was a two in one bonus for us. I love that it comes with a full setup to look just like Harry Potter! He's worn it literally every single day since it arrived. Also, I love how it comes with a bunch of temporary 'scar' tattoos, which will last him through Halloween and beyond. The wand is thick and sturdy, and he's spent the last week casting spells on everyone and everything in our house. Needless to say, it's been a huge hit with him and he can't wait to wear it on Halloween.

There is a LOT to love about this costume, also a few things that weren’t really impressive.The tattoos, the glasses, and the hat are basically garbage. The tattoos need to be smaller to fit a child’s head, but also a pink color would be better… like a scar. These are red, almost burgundy.The glasses are pretty cheap, and a necessary item to the outfit. They just aren’t going to last.The Hat is by far the biggest Let down of the whole costume. It folds up like a foldable laundry hamper. There are wrinkles and it’s basically a dark transparent color.The other thing is that i have a 6 year old son and he is pretty big compared to other 6 year olds and this ran REALLY big on him. I like that because he will be able to grow into it, but also i wanted it to fit him now…With all of that aside, the quality of the Cloak, the wand, the tie, and the scarf are all GREAT.Looks and feels like it’s authentic costume and that its likely going to last.We are very excited for Halloween this year. My son said that the Costume is “comfy”.Great buy, with room for improvement, which is why i gave it four stars.Hope this has been helpful!!
