Roughly 8 months depending on usage(10 times unlock through keypad or app). You'll get a notification when the battery is low. If the battery dies, you can power it up via the port on the bottom of the exterior lock. (Includes 2 physical keys.)

What temperatures can the Smart Lock C220 handle?

The exterior assembly can handle temperatures within the range of -22℉ to 158℉ (-30℃ to 70℃). We do not recommend using the Smart Lock outside of these conditions.

What should I do if I find the lock difficult to open or if it frequently jams?

Double-click the interior panel's pairing button to recalibrate. Ensure smooth door closure and proper deadbolt-strike plate alignment. Our app will provide guidance on adjusting your door and deadbolt alignment via firmware update by January 20th.
