Great Quality, Good to Have a Longer Cable
I actually got this to use with a different brand scanner, and to my pleasant surprise it seems to completely work. I'm not sure if this would be the case with all brands, but it seems to be pinned the same. The quality seems great- it feels really well made - the cable is thick and the connectors are robust. It connect securely to my car's OBD port as well. Overall worth it.

Works perfectly with my Auto scanner
I’m a mobile mechanic, and the OBD2 16-pin connector for my Autel MK808S scanner has been a fantastic addition to my setup. One of the things I really appreciate is the 5 1/2 foot cord—it gives me the flexibility to move around a bit without having to sit in the driver’s seat to use the scanner. This has made my work so much easier, especially when I need to check different parts of the vehicle. It’s the perfect accessory for my scanner, and I highly recommend it to anyone who needs extra mobility during diagnostics!

It works but it’s not longer
I have an autel maxisys 808s and I have the original cable. I didn’t measure the original cable I got with before purchasing this “longer” cable. This is not a longer cable than what came with the scanner. In fact, I compared them and this one is slightly shorter. It works though. It functions just like the original. Unfortunately it isn’t any longer than the original cable it came with. They note in the pictures and description that the original cable is short and that this is longer, but I am now assuming they are referring to other scanners. They should change the description to reflect that. If you have a newer autel scanner that came with this cable, then you already have this. If you need a replacement cable then this will work, just don’t expect it to be longer.
