Will a size 6x6 fit in this rack?

No. Each of the 20 bins are made to hold cards that are 4” x 6”. The bins are wide enough for 6” cards but not spaced far enough apart for 6” tall cards.

Is this made of rust-proof aluminum? what type of metal is this made of?

It is Steel not aluminum. It’s painted nicely but is not intended to be outside in weather.
