This is actually my second purchase of this product, and once again, I’m thoroughly impressed! The build quality is excellent—sturdy and well-designed—and it’s clear a lot of thought has gone into the details. It’s easy to use and does exactly what it promises.Delivery was super quick, and the packaging was spot on—everything arrived in perfect condition. I’ve been using it for a few weeks now, and it’s made a noticeable difference. Clearly, I was so happy with my first one that I had to buy another!Would highly recommend this to anyone considering it. Five stars from me!

Good resistance bands largely for beginners. They are made out of a robust material so you won't have any unexpected breakages which can be quite painful. They will need to be stretched well beyond what you are capable before they break. A good range of resistance too. Easy to use and can provide an added workout for beginners. Excellent value for money and recommended.

I am really pleased with this set of resistance bands. Nice colors and great strength options clearly marked. Comes with a handy pouch making them easy to store and carry. Really great quality for such a reasonable price.

These are compact but if you want something you want to use with exercises like squats or shoulder face pulls then I think these are too light and too thin - by the point they get any reach tension they are so thin. They will never be as thick as they are at rest when using them.For some use cases like light stretches and resistance this can be fine - but anything that I want to use them for they become like a think rubber band.They come in a real tidy package and fit in a small carry bag - really compact which is great but they look a little thinner than the pics in the description. Bright colour and well labelled - the tension ranges from light (green) to xx-heavy (black) - personally it's not that high tension in my view on the xx-heavy.I have some other resistance bands thare a thick loop design - now they are thinner but stay the same thickness through their range of motion.For anyone looking for a really compact set of bands or for use with light exercises or pilates this might be fine - if you plan to use for adding resistance with weights or expect to stretch them to their limits then maybe look at other options.

A great set of resistance bands in a variety of colours to help you easily distinguish them from one another. The resistance level is also printed on each band. They come in a handy storage bag, secured by a drawstring and toggle. I really like the leaflet which contains two sides of exercise ideas, illustrated and with written instructions. It also indicates which muscles are being exercised. Perfect for beginners.
