This Uhale 10.1” digital picture frame has been a wonderful addition to our home. Setup was simple, and the Uhale app made it easy to send photos and short videos directly to the frame from a phone. Gave this as a gift to mom and she absolutely loved it. I had already set it up and loaded a few dozen photos before gifting it so that, when she opened it, all she needed to do was plug it in. She and the family sat around it for an hour looking through the photos and bringing up memories. It was lovely. Photos look great, the touch-screen interface is very easy to use, and the frame looks nice. I wish the stand had a more configurable angle. The mobile app could use some improvement, but it worked well enough. And I appreciate that there's also a web interface for bulk uploads. Unfortunately, the app/website are only for *sending* photos to the frame -- not management. The only way to delete a photo or change settings is physically on the device. UPDATE: It's been about six months and my mom still absolutely loves this frame. She tells me she'll just sit for a long time with her tea and just watch the pictures scroll by... and she's so happy when I add a few new ones remotely. I also gave my niece access so she can upload pictures too. She made me buy a frame for her friend and we set that one up within minutes.

I bought two 15.6" Uhale picture frames. Both of them were defective. I bought one for my sister's birthday. And I bought one for myself because the price was right. After loading the pictures onto my sister's frame, I set it up so I can watch the pictures flip through while I was loading pictures onto my frame. My sisters frame kept locking up. It would freeze and then the menu would pop up. After getting my frame loaded up. It would do exactly the same thing. Now you can touch the frame anywhere around the picture. And it would continue moving through the pictures. But you had to do. A 100 times a day. These both used a program called "Uhale" And as soon as you. Connected to the Internet. It downloads the updated software. So these were both up to date. I returned these. And bought two of them. From "Frameo". And I have had no problem whatsoever with those frames from Frameo.

The look is slick the frame looks great in any style home. The app is very easy to navigate making the functionality of the app interface very easy. The touchscreen is on point too. My mom wanted updated family holiday pics and this definitely fit the bill as you can send pics from anywhere in the country that I know of. The size is bigger than most frames making it easy for older folks to see.it seems to be very well thought out and made from quality material. For the price you can not beat it. I didn't get paid nor did I get this for free. Great value

the perfect gift! my husband and i have our own and just purchased one for his mom this past Christmas. great gift for parents, grandparents or really any relative. overall it is a good size and it can be horizontal or vertical, it is easy to connect to wifi and uploads pictures very quickly. very functional but fun gift to give and even better that we haven’t had any problems or issues with it.
