I NOW HAVE HARD WHITE STRONG GROWING NAILS WHICH I HAVE NEVER HAD IN MY LIFE. THICK HEALTHY HAIR AND I'VE ALWAYS HAD WHITE EYES, BUY YO! NOW THEY ARE WHITE AS THE TOILET SEAT!! SPARKLING! I MADE MY OTHER PURCHASE TODAY AND HAS BEEN DISPATCHED! THOUGH IT DOES SAY TO TRY WITH A MULTIVITAMIN WHICH I TRIED AFTER MORE THAN HALF WAY GETTING THROUGH THE BOTTLE AS I DIDN'T REALIZE THIS UNTIL ONE DAY DECIDING TO READ THE BOTTLE INFO TO MY MUM. SO I BEGUN TAKING MY CENTRUM TABS WITH IT, AND IT WAS THEN THAT I SUFFERED WITH BAD HEADACHES MIGRANES ACTUALLY! STOPPED THE CENTRUM AFTER ABOUT A WEEK-IF THAT-AND IS DOING JUST FINE. EVERYBODYS BODY IS DIFFERENT. BUT I HIGHLY RECOMMEND. FOR ME IT SEEMS TO BE DOING ITS JOB WITHOUT ME HAVING TO HAVE A MULTIVITAMIN TO GO WITH IT

These Fish Oil capsules seem to be of good quality (by what criteria to judge, I don't know) but the capsules are easy to swallow, do not all melt together and the bottle is sturdy. Not much else to say

I bought fish oil of this particular brand because it has got high amount of EPA and DHA per tablet. It is actually this amount and not really the overall omega mg amount that is important since we should take a min of 450mg EPA and DHA (combined) daily. I take it for stomach ulcers and joints as fish oil is anti-inflammatory. I have not had any joint problems ever since and the ulcers seem to be better. It was also excellent price vs amount. I would definitely buy this again.

Only just started taking them. They are big but that isn't a problem. The issue for me personally is that they are very hard rather than a soft gel capsule.

Higher Natures has always been a good company for me I have never had a problem with them and have used them for years now. These Omega fish oils have been very good. I do notice if I have more than one at a time I might tast them later on in the day!! but one with a meal at a time is fine for me.

c'est un produit que je connais et utilise depuis quelques années produit complet qui apporte suffisamment d'oméga lorsque l'on mange végétarien ou vegan la marque higher nature est a recommandé (les produits sont généralement sans gluten, sans lactose, capsule sont naturelles) je recommande donc la marque et leurs produits

Als Nahrungsergänzung sehr geeignet. Gerade wenn man nicht immer Fisch ist und omega 3 ist ja bekanntlich wichtig für den Körper.

Je ne suis pas convaincu de son utilité. J'ai même peur que ça donne des diarrhées (mais ce n'est pas prouvé non plus car j'ai arrêté d'en prendre dès que c'est arrivé...)

Le flacon est bien opaque pour une meilleure conservation des capsules. Les capsules sont un peu grosses à avaler, il n'y a pas de goût ou d'odeur particulière en prenant la gélule.
