This frame is BEAUTIFUL! You can feel the quality the second you look at it. It is solid and impressive. I would definitely purchase again and recommend.

Very nice frame. Safely packed. I just needed a way to keep the picture in the frame…. Using tape on back for now but will probably need to take it to a custom frame shop. Would buy again here.

absolutely beautiful for a small painting

This was ordered as a test to guard the quality. It served the purpose but costs more that the project cost could handle. Good quality durable

The frame is beautiful, BUT ONE CORNER WAS DAMAGED! It only had 2 corner pads to protect the corners (instead of 4 to protect the 4 corners). So, one corner was chipped off; this happens when the cornes hit something hard. ( see photo), BUT I fixed it with some frame retouching color markers that I have. But I think they should be more careful and place the 4 corners protectors insted of 2 !! next time.

Ok so I obviously like this frame as is reflected by my 5 star rating. But there are some issues. The reason those issues don’t lower my rating is bc the sellers are upfront with everything and you know what you’re getting. It is just the frame and the hanging hardware (d rings w/screws). The hardware was included and screwed in easily. My canvas was thinner than the depth of the opening so I was able to just get some black foam board cut to fit snugly and that secured the painting. Then I added the wire for hanging. So besides the art I needed two additional items to make this work. Again I knew this when making the purchase but I don’t love it. I wish they could figure out a way to include everything and just charge a little more. I get that some canvases may be deeper than the frame and require specific hardware to secure it. But maybe at least included the wire for hanging. I happen to already have it but I just prefer an all inclusive item. So will all that being said, frame is very nice, reasonably priced and exactly as advertised. Just know that it will require additional items to complete.

All 4 of the frames I received clearly had damage that was repaired on the back side. My guess is it was manufacturing damage or imperfections. The fronts were in great shape and I’m only using them to hang my paintings in my home so I decided to keep them and not worry about it. If I had intended to sell any of these paintings framed, or enter them in a show I wouldn’t have accepted the quality. I’ve never seen them like this in store or ordering from Jerry’s online. Seems like they came from a batch that wasn’t good enough to sell in store but wasn’t bad enough to warrant being discarded. Again, the fronts were perfect. I could have returned them but decided not to. I love these frames, and Jerry’s. Free shipping by getting them through Amazon was cool, but the quality was below what I’ve come to expect from Jerry’s.

This is a very nice frame. It actually looks more expensive than it was. I took off one star because it did have a few light scratches, but not enough for me to return it. Be aware that you have to put your own screws and wiring in to hang it, and of course, there is no glass. Iused it for a small canvas painting, and it really did wonders for the picture. Overall, I’m pretty happy with it.

Solid and heavy, and very professional looking! I will be using this company again, 100%. It was better than expected. Some flatboard frames are not nice or plastic feeling, this is solid, heavy and wood. It is definitely worth the money and the little extra you pay. It feels like a professional framing. It is so smooth you just have to try to keep your fingerprints off of it. This comes with the hanging hardware, but you need to have your own offset clips, which is fine to hold the board in. You may also want backing for your board. I may just insert a little felt behind the board.
